Looking up from his notes as Rasthur entered the room he couldn't help but smile as the blind wolf felt his way around the room. "Good to see you Rasthur, glad to see that you heard of this great day." Will said with a smile as he looked back at his parchment. Nodding he slipped it into his pocket in case he forgot later. Turning back to Rasthur he looked out the window over the wolfs shoulder, soon it would be time, he couldn't wait.

((Rasthur's a fox =P...Though that's probably my fault. I didn't include any reference to that XD.))
Had the old creature been a younger more enthusiastic young sprig of a fox he would've punched the air in victory. But maintaining his stance he simply nodded in self approval, once again he had proved to everyone(Read:Himself), that he could get by on his own. He shuffled uneasily, uncertain of what to say; he had spent the autumn seasons of his life here and he still couldn't quite grasp the concepts that these Abbey dwellers found to be so natural. He didn't understand 'please' and 'thank yous' and the idea of ownership of things other than their name was ludicrous in his mind. But he still managed to force himself into it in the name of acceptance.
He stood silently for a moment, processing the words carefully, a good minute passed before he finally summed up the energy for what he thought was a very generous word to roll off of his tongue, "Congradulations lad." He gave a weak smile, he had gotten better with his smiles and being amused by more...Peaceful things in life. He held out a withered paw that slipped from his oversized sleeves of the old worn habit he wore and left it there for a shake, one of the first non-tribal customs that he learned was the paw shake.
His ear twitched suddenly, the second beast had a voice too it would seem. Heard of this great day... He grinned genuinely at the irony of his thoughts, of course he had heard, it was all he could hear. "Aye, a...Grand day indeed." He nodded in the direction that he assumed to be the Champion and reduced his expression to a smile, "Not nervous now are we lads?" He enquired in what he deemed to be a friendly tone.

(Sorry guys. My laptop suffered a critical hard drive failure and I had to send it away for repairs.) Angora rubbed her chin thoughtfully as he looked upward. "Hmm... Well I was thinking that Abbeygale would suit her very well, but I'm not going to decide quite yet until after the birth. ~ Tanon smiled warmly at Rasthur, even though he new the old blind fox couldn't see it, and firmly shook the outstretched paw. "Thank ya, mate. I really appreciate it." His smile grew to be a little more wry as he continued. "Well I am a bit nervous, I admit, but I'm sure everything will go just fine."

Again the fox smiled, one of minor triumph this time. He disliked leaving his paw hanging in mid air, as he had no way to tell if the beast had declined his greeting. But he was always glad to see his efforts become fruitful.
Fear? For this? That was something he had yet to understand, it would probably take Rasthur another life time to comprehend such reasoning; least of all the rest of his seasons. "A bit nervous?" The seams of his stern poise tore as he chuckled lightly, first at the very notion of Tanon's fear and then at the fact that he had actually laughed at something like this. Truly the Abbey dwellers were influencing him. Eventually he recomposed himself, "I'm sure it'll be th' least of y'worries soon enough.", Rasthur eventually finished his sentence after his fit of raspy laughter.

Rose sighed, "Abbeygale is a very pretty name, what name do you have in mind if it is a boy?"
