Years after the Teen Titan Founders' heyday, the war between good and evil rages on. The Brotherhood has gained the upper hand. Titans everywhere have been forced into hiding... but that's better than the alternatives: being captured and imprisoned or killed mercilessly. But that hasn't stopped them from fighting back, building new towers after the old ones were destroyed, and just generally being a thorn in the Brotherhood's side.
And that wasn't even mentioning the rumors. Recent rumors have it that some all-star Titans have been spotted, and the Titans are rising again. Captured Titans have regained hope, Brothers and Sisters have become jumpy, and security has been tightened everywhere.
Will the Titans gain enough power to overthrow the Brotherhood once and for all? Or will the Brotherhood beat them down once again and take over the world?
