Physical Appearance:
His main coat is a rather dark tan and grows lighter as height from the earth decreases, his legs and underbelly being fairly light. His face, shoulders, and back are speckled with a coal grey, making it look like someone sprinkled pepper thickly over his dorsal regions. His eyes are a deep, dark green which hold a handful of mischief and courage in their depths.

Though lean and surprisingly strong for his age, Blitz is young. He is not immature as far as disposition and personality goes, though his conformation easily tells a beast that he still has a lot of growing to do. Becuase of his unusually tiny build, this boy is sometimes mistaken for a hare younger than the age he actually is.

Blitz wears a light tan tunic with a black belt. The cloth has rips and tears, but manages to keep him covered in case of a storm. It was his fathers tunic, so it is very large on him. The belt has a sheath in which his rapier rests when it is not in use.

Possessions:
With a light rapier at paw, Blitz is prepared for battle. It has a durable silver blade and a pulchritudinous, round, green gem as the pommel. The handle is made of black leather, and the components are an eye-catching bronze.

His second most cherished item is a golden chain holding a golden pendant with the design of two crossed rapiers. It was his father's also, and was handed down to Blitz in his sire's last breaths. The chain is long enough to hide the hand-crafted piece of gold beneath his tunic, hidden from greedy eyes.

Personality:
Blitz is a humorous, kind fellow. He is always a positive hare, constantly trying to brighten the mood when all seems down. With a cheery, sweet heart and a jolly good nature, this boy is a friend to most. He provides 'backed up' opinions, always willing to share his background information and thoughts about a certain subject. He is intelligent and more than willing to help anyone.

A survivalist in the making and a born warrior, Blitz Bane is ready for a challenge. He has survived many years without his family and a new challenge always sparks his interest. This hare is not soft hearted, yet he still cares. Blitz is a stubborn beast, though not without a reason. His courage, confidence, and boldness is great, though may sometimes get him in trouble.

Strengths:
Blitz is great with the rapier, constantly striking a strong and aggressive attack. He has a phenomenal eye and amazing agility as well as speed for his age. This hare is a talented swordsbeast.

His courage has given him a good reputation among the beasts he has met. Blitz has made many good friends in his many journeys.

The boy's intelligence is his greatest skill. Blitz always thinks before he does anything, making sure that it is the right and smartest thing to do.

Weaknesses:
Due to his boldness, Blitz Bane often gets himself in sticky situations. He manages to get out, though barely with all his body parts.

Especially as a young hare, Blitz loves food. He scoffs so much vittles that the families that shelter him for a night end up with little food left. Of course, he doesn't mean to rob them clean, but he is a hare-what would you expect?

He is sometimes stubborn and very difficult to deal with if something doesn't work out. Blitz constantly talks to himself in a whispered voice which may get badgering to others, though he has been alone for many years, only meeting arbitrary woodlanders.

History:
Blitz was born from a talented family. His father and mother both mastered swordsmanship, and started to teach their only son when he was about 8 years old. Practices were held every evening outside their home. After a couple years, Blitz got the hang of it and started to practice on his own.

The family lived along a cliff-side about 15 yards from the ocean. The cave was large enough to house a small family, thus suited them well. They were a fairly solitary family, not very social. His mother's and father's parents and their parent's parents have long passed on.

One evening, the 12 year old hare was out getting some food for his parents to cook for dinner. When he came back to his hollow, it was burned with his mother and father trying to defend their home against a horde of vermin. To avoid a short story, they told him to run away and he managed to get away from the horde alive. He never went back and he never knew whether his parents survived.

Now, he wanders around the lands of Redwall, helping all he can. Blitz mainly voyages along River Moss and Mossflower. Due to the lack of information given to him of Salamandastron and Redwall Abbey, Blitz Bane never looked for either places as their existence to him is unknown.

There needs to be a bit more history. A bit more about his life growing up. Where did the family live? Any neighbors or extended family?

Did he ever find out what happened to his parents?

What is he doing now, other than wandering? Or where has he been/who has he met/what has he learned? A good amount of time has been since he was orphaned.
