Name: Alana of Mossflower Gender: Female Age: 19 Species: Red Squirrel Occupation: Forager
Physical Appearance: Alana is a slim, agile squirrel with small, sharp claws that allow her to easily climb trees. She wears a simple green tunic with matching trousers that fit loosely enough for her to maneuver tree branches easily. Her fur is rusty red, with cream patches on her hands, around her eyes, and running from her nose down her stomach.
Possessions: She wears a pouch slung over her shoulder most of the time, as well as a small staff with a simple green stone set in the top, an heirloom from her family. She’s rarely seen without it.
Personality: Alana is a kind and gentle soul who does what she can to help others, but won’t hesitate to fight in order to keep her loved ones safe. She’s bright and quick on her feet, usually figuring out a simple solution to often difficult problems.
Due to her previous experience with frogs, she has a very low opinion of them, even if they present a friendly face, she remains suspicious. Frogs are the only creatures she has a hard time remaining diplomatic with, no matter how much she tries.
Strengths: Agility: Alana is quick on her feet, able to zig and zag ,turning on a dime to avoid being hurt by her enemies.
Woodland Knowledge: Alana has spent most of her life exploring the woods, so she has considerable knowledge of the layout, as well as how to tell what’s good and what’s bad to eat and when the good can be harvested.
Diplomacy: Alana is incredibly talented with people, and finds it very easy to talk to others. She’s often the first to step forward and offer the diplomatic solution to the problem
Weaknesses: Battle: While she may be agile, she knows little about actual battle. She has strength enough to climb swiftly up trees, but she can’t hit very hard when it comes to doing damage to her opponent.
Frogs: She has an intense distrust of frogs, which can often 'override' her usual diplomatic tendencies. If Frogs are involved, she'll avoid the discussions, even if her help is desperately needed, refusing to associate with any Frog.
History: Alana’s family has lived in the same cabin in Mossflower Woods for generations, assisting those within and without the woods in foraging for food when their farms and gardens won’t be enough. Her family had decided to seclude themselves, rather than live in a community. They felt it kept them more in touch with nature. Alana was raised in the woods, her parents and brother teaching her everything she needed to know about foraging. She made friends easily with those her family helped out, befriending their children quickly, especially those her own age.
As she grew up, she started to explore the communities nearby, getting to know the people there. As she explored the forest, she happened upon a family of Frogs living even farther from the community than her family, their home hidden beneath the mud of a river bank. Their home was almost completely cut off from everyone and everything else. She hadn't realized she was on their territory until they charged from their house and drove her off.
She ran as fast as she could to get away from them, but one of the younger children of the family took her trespassing personally, pursuing her back to her home. She and her family fought him off, but he turned it into a personal vendetta, vowing to pursue her no matter how long it took. In spite of this, Alana continued living her life, getting to know the people of Redwall and the communities around their home.
It wasn’t long before she was the first one that those from the communities came to for supplies. She knew all of the best trees and bushes to find what was needed, and had memorized exactly when during the season they were at their peak of ripeness. She visits the Abbey often, helping them tend their orchard, keeping the trees healthy, and helping during harvest.
Relationships: Alana’s parents live in Mossflower Woods with her siblings, an older brother and younger sister. She has many friends in both Mossflower Woods and Redwall Abbey.

Yay, a new character! It looks pretty good, just a couple things, mostly going into more detail.
Personality: I always think personality can be expanded upon. I think this is the most important part, because it, more than anything, determines how you'll play your character in any given situation. What does she like to do for fun? What scares her or annoys her? Does she have any dreams or aspirations for her future? How do others see her? Basically, I just suggest giving it a bit more thought and really get to know your character.
Another strength and weakness would be nice, but not wholly necessary.
For history: You mention that she's a 'force to be reckoned with' and that her agility helps her escape enemies earlier in the profile. So she has enemies? Who? Had she/her family been attacked before? By who? What's her family like? Is their cabin in a community or does her family live secluded? Who comes to her for 'supplies.'?
Just a couple things to look at. Nothing is actually WRONG with the profile that I can see, which is great. I just want a little more detail to see what's unique about Alana.

I couldn't think of anything else for the personality, but I added some to the history.

I really want you to think about personality. I gave you a string of questions to consider because I felt it needed to be expanded upon. If you know how she'll respond in any given situation in a roleplay, then you should have her personality mapped out. More than anything I want to see something wholly unique. Some way we would differentiate her from every other squirrel in the place. We want to be able to say, Oh, Alana, she's the squirrel that _____. Just give it some thought, get creative.

Okay, I appreciate the extra effort you put into the history. I'll go ahead and accept this. =)
You're free to RP now. Have fun!
