Since we seem to be getting a slew of new members ((and since I've already got four stinking accounts)), I thought I'd post up some NPCs for adoption, in case anyone wants them. Please note that most of these characters are tightly tied to my own personal characters. Their bios will be in-depth. (And I may be adding more as they come to me.)
Ban ((no last name yet))- 18- shrew- best friend of my character Nik Lagdo- Deputy of the Guosim
Basic personality ((to be developed by adopter)):Ban is energetic, playful, and 100% boy. He's cheeky, a tad clumsy, always speaks his mind, and rarely backs down from a fight. Very prejudiced against vermin, and he can't stand when somebeast doesn't do their job. Skilled archer, pretty good singer, decent boxer. Follows orders well ((if with unorthodox methods)), and fiercely loyal to the tribe.
Defining features: Ban's fur is a basic tan color, with slightly lighter sandy fur on his chest and belly. He's rather lanky, but still a little short for a shrew his age. He has a scar behind his right eye. Both eyes are amber-colored. He normally wears a blue shirt with a low V-shaped collar, tan breeches, and a blue headband.
Biggest part(s) of history: Ban and Nik have been friends their whole lives. Ban got the scar on his eye from his first patrol when he made the mistake of trying to attack a fox much larger than he was.
Main possessions: Longbow and quiver of arrows, lucky compass, a Guosim rapier, and a simple knife.
This character has been adopted by Tracy. Thanks, Trace! Cicero ((no last name))- 16- sea otter- younger sister to my character Cross
Basic personality: Cicero is sweet, caring, and very affectionate. But don't let that fool you. She's quite rebellious and can get mouthy when you set off her rather short fuse. She has an almost haunting singing voice, and an infectious laugh. Has a fascination with seashells, loves to dance, and has serious wanderlust.
Defining features: Cicero's fur is thick in length and silvery in color. Over her face exists a large cream-colored patch that ends just above her jawline. She has a very feminine frame, but she's actually quite muscular. Her most defining mark is a large, dull silver cross marking on her back. It matches her brother's almost exactly. Her eyes are pale blue, and her nose is a charcoal black. She normally wears a sea-green dress and maroon leather bracers on her shins. A thin gold ring is pierced through her bottom lip.
Biggest part(s) of history: Cicero was only a child when her family was enslaved to vermin (please read Cross's history), but she was able to learn what happened to her father when the vermin were driven out of the holt. She was devastated to learn that Cross had run away from home because of his actions, and so she set her heart on finding him. She firmly believes he is innocent, and she wants to make sure he knows it. Currently, she is traveling with her uncle Vale to try to find Cross. Her mother's health is failing, and she hopes to find her brother before the illness claims their mother. ((Yes, this one is very in-depth.))
Main possessions: A seashell necklace, a bag to carry provisions, and her mother's gold ring set with a deep blue gemstone.
Day and Night Arealm- 19- twin shrews- Guosim warriors
Basic personality:
Day: Despite the fact that she has the more cheery name of the two, Day is actually the less pleasant. Moody, short-tempered, and quite vengeful. She doesn't give a dang what others have to say about her. She doesn't speak often, but she's actually extremely obedient to the Logalog and his Deputy, even though she may not fancy the Deputy on a personal level. Skilled in knife-throwing and swordplay.
Night: The exact opposite of her name, Night is far brighter than Day in terms of general cheeriness. Normally in a good mood, slow to anger, and always willing to help. Energetic, constantly talking, and slightly self-conscious. Skilled archer and boxer. A spry, eager fighter. Loyal to the Guosim and quick to obey orders like her sister. Night is the older of the two by almost fifteen full minutes.
Defining features:
Day: Her fur is a pale sandy color, with a wide, cream plume on her chest. She has a tribal-style sun tattoo on her left cheek. The middle of the sun is orange, and the triangular "rays" are yellow. Her eyes are sky blue. Her headband color is yellow, and the adopter has free reign with her clothing choices.
Night: The literal 'black sheep' of the Guosim, Night's fur is a deep ebony color, broken only by the white crescent moon tattoo on her right cheek and the plum of pale tan fur on her chest. Her headband color is a dull gray, and again the adopter has free reign with the rest of her clothing.
Biggest part(s) in history: Night was born before the sun came up, and fifteen minutes later, Day was born with the sunrise. They got their tattoos when they were ten years old.
Main possessions: Each girl carries her respective weapon with her (Day: a knife and a rapier; Night: bow and arrows and her fists). They each have a woven choker with a wooden bead in the middle. Day's is a yellow sun, and Night's is a silver moon.
Thanks for considering, y'all!
God bless!
