Physical Appearance:
Ambrose is short according to the standards of his species. He is rather rotund, but most of that is muscle with a layer of fat around the middle. He has dark brown eyes, which are very round and small. His fur is a light brown with dark brown spikes. Most days Ambrose wears a dust colored tunic with a dark brown robe belt and a heavy dark brown apron. During formal occasions he dons his specially made dark green habit of a Redwall brother.

Possessions:
Ambrose does not carry too much around with him. He has a small chest in which he keeps most of his possessions. He does carry around the tools of his trade: A bung mallet and a small knife.

Personality:
Ambrose is quite gregarious. He will talk with anybeast that is willing. He is easy-going and friendly. He is more of a follower than a leader though. He will usually let other people make plans and he will do what needs to be done.

Ambrose is also a hard worker. He loves his job and does it well. He loves having visitors in his cellar and welcomes all beasts of good heart to come and drink with him.

History:
Ambrose Quill grew up not too far from the Abbey. His family were farmers in Mossflower woods until the great winter of his fourth season. They were forced to take up residence at the Abbey. They were accepted with the usual hospitality. Ambrose grew to love the simple ways of the Abbey. He fit in well with the abbey babes and they grew to like him. He began to become fascinated by the cellars when he was thirteen seasons old. He studied under the old cellarhog. He grew in stature and strength, until he was doing more and more of the work. He eventually took over in his twentieth season.

Looks pretty good. My question though, is in his personality you describe him as "easygoing" and "more of a follower" but in his weaknesses he is arrogant. How exactly does his arrogance manifest? And how does it negatively impact him?
