Name: Torks Razorteeth Warrudd
Gender: Male
Age: 18, now 20
Species: River otter
Occupation: Former Deputy to the Warrudd Skipper.
Physical Appearance:
Torks' fur is dark brown, and there are a few patches of skin, where the fur was pulled off. He is 6'0 feet (for redwall), though he has a hunched back. His left eye is always squinting, while his right one is fine. His eye color is light green. Muscle and sinew bulge from his body. His heavy rudder has several cuts on it. The most easy thing to reconize is the teeth, razor sharp, sharpened after every meal with a knife.
Torks only clothing is a rat pelt kilt and the rat's old belt to keep up the kilt and hold his belongings. He used to wear a smart blue tunic(all i could think of )
[glow=green,2,300]-Update-[/glow]
Most patches of skin have grown back their fur. His now has a stubby beard, un-groomed, of course. It's covered in roots, bit's of flesh, berries, and rat blood. His teeth have become smaller, but twice as sharp.
Replacing his old belt and kilt, is a new one, made of a leather, as well as pair of trousers, stolen by one of his latest victims. He wears a cotton shirt, which had once been white, now smeared by blood. The clothes are slightly baggy, being formerly owned by a stoat. He also has a heavy pair of boots. For a cloak, he uses rat-skin, with the face still attached as the hood. The hood is tied around his neck by sinew from its former 'owner', Drifteye.
Possesions:
Torks wears a rat pelt kilt and the rat's old belt. The only belongings he uses is his small iron knife to sharpen his teeth and a bag full of fruit, when he can't catch anything. The belt is simple eelskin.
[glow=green,2,300]-Update-[/glow]
Torks carries the clothes explained in the passage above. He still uses the iron knife as his teeth sharpener, which he keeps in his boot. He also has a bag, that he keeps roots in.
He owns a raft, called the 'Ratchatcher', made by one of his victims years ago. The victim's pelt is the sail. Above it, is his Jolly Roger, which was once his Rat-skin kilt. On his raft, he keeps a small chest, in which he stores his meat, and sleeping bag, also made of rat-skin.
Personality:
Crazy. After three years and two seasons as a slave for a gang of cruel water rats, his mind finally snapped. He will talk to inanimit objects, sometimes even argue with them and even lose half the time. But the craziness doubles his fighting skill, making him think of random moves.
Torks is also kind and considerate, though because of his frightening appearance many are scared of him. He is too willing to run earrins when one may ask.
[glow=green,2,300]-Update-[/glow]
Torks isn't as friendly as he once was. He's now a kill now, ask questions later, sorta guy. He also has been known to converse with his Rat-skin objects.
Stengths:
Torks' greatest stregth is his fearsome looks which may make the enemies flee or stun them, letting him slay them easier. Despite the two seasons of captivity he still has all the muscle and bulk he had before.
Weaknesses:
Once again, his appearance, when he tries to make friends with someone they are usually frightened from his appearance. Torks can grow bored at random times, even during a battle, and talk to inanimit objects.
History:
The Warrudd Clan was a clan of warlike otters with heavy rudder tails(thought i should just metion that). The Clan's Skipper,Furloo Warrudd, had two sons, Hooloe and Torks. His eldest son, Hooloe was pampered and spoiled by his wife, Alyah Warrudd. Four years later, they had another child, a boy named Torks. orks to be a warrior, unlike the eldest of the sons. Torks was using a twig as a quaterstaff at one season old.
The otters weren't alone on the river (where they lived). Water rats were there, too. The otters and rats got into minor skirmishes all the time, usually with no victor. Finally, when Torks was 14, The water rats ganged up and attacked, 400 water rats, armed to the teeth. Skipper Furloo led all the otters he could muster, including Torks, and led them into battle, though their number was 150, with low weapon supplies. Even with those odds, Furloo was able to lead his clan to victory, though at costs. Furloo and two score and a half died in battle. The returning otters grieved all the way back from the battle field, five miles away from the Warrudd Holt.
When the otters returned, they were weary, weak and most were injured. Alyah then appointed the next Skipper, with Furloo dieing in battle he could never name a succsesser. Alyah appointed..... Good-for-nothing, fat and lazy Hooloe. The Clan was in an uproar. Hooloe's first act calmed them down, but only a little. He appointed Torks deputy.
One year later Alyah died, leaving Hooloe and Torks in charge of the clan. While the rats were defeated, they were not obliterated. They slit up into small gangs, one of which was led by Kracka Drifteye. His gang numbered 14, including himself, but Hooloe didn't know. Drifteye and five of his rats surrounded Hooloe one day. The other nine hid around them. Lying blantly, he said a score surrounded him and if he did not turn over the Skipper's warrior son he would be slain. So of course Hooloe did.
It was the next day, Torks unknowingly following his brother to "go fishing". Suddenly Drifteye and his gang jumped out and ambushed them. Knocking Torks out, Drifteye turned to Hooloe and warned him to go north, away from the Holt or he would be slain. Hooloe ran north as fast as he could... leaving Torks with the rats.
The rats kept Torks as a slave, beating him, humiliating him and torturing him. Many rods snapped on his back. When he was 17 and 2 seasons, Torks found a sharp stone. Picking it up with his footpaws, for he was tied to a tree, he brought the stone halfway up to his body and his mouth halfway down and sharpened his teeth with the stone. Unfourtanatley, Drifteye, who was half drunk, saw him. Taking the stone, he loaded his sling and then slammed the stone into Torks' skull. His mind then snapped out of place. His teeth bit gthrough Drifteye's throat, slaying the rat. Another rat went to see what was happening and, too was slain. This one carried a sharp knife. picking it up with his footpaws, Torks started cutting the rope and after two hours was free. Torks slayed two more rats while the rest ran away. He then skinned Drifteye and made a kilt with his pelt. He also ate the slain rats(Shocker, huh).
Keeping the knife, which he used to sharpen his teeth better, Torksent off in pursuit of the rats, and after that Hooloe. In two seasons, he had killed and ate five other rats. Torks is still hunting for the remainding five and Hooloe(I know, that sucked, but i needed to finish that paragraph).

Name: Hooloe Warrudd
Gender: Male
Age: 22
Species: River Otter
Occupation: Former Skipper of the Warrud Clan, Runaway
Physical Appearance:
Hooloe is heavily built, most of it is fat, though. His fur is dark brown, like his brother's. His heavy rudder is also quite fat and deformed. His stongest body part is his right arm, his sling arm.
He wears an old yellow tunic, and a floppy hat. He also wears a fish skin belt. And just to finish this paragraph, blah, blah, blah, he's fat
Possesions:
Hooloe owns an old yellow tunic, floppy hat, fish skin belt and traveler's pack, which contains food and flint. His only weapon is a large sling, plus a slingstone pouch. He also has a short walking stick, too small to fight with, but large enough to walk with.
Personality:
Hooloe is vain, snobby and lazy. He is also very gulible, like falling for Drifteye's trick. He isn't a very good leader, often having to rely on Torks. He is also very selfish.
Stengths:
Hooloe is quite strong, even though he is quite fat. He is very good with a sling, too. He can also be a very good suck up, getting himself out of trouble.
Weaknesses:
Hooloe is incredibly slow. Besides being an otter, he is a terrible swimmer. He also has made several enemies, unknowingly of course, the Warrudd Clan, the water rats, and his own brother, Torks Razorteeth.
History:
The Warrudd Clan was a clan of warlike otters with heavy rudder tails(thought i should just metion that). The Clan's Skipper,Furloo Warrudd, had two sons, Hooloe and Torks. Even though he was pampered, Furloo made him learn to use a sling, which Hooloe was appearantly gifted with.
The otters weren't alone on the river (where they lived). Water rats were there, too. The otters and rats got into minor skirmishes all the time, usually with no victor. When Hooloe was 18, The water rats ganged up and attacked, 400 water rats, armed to the teeth. Hooloe didn't even care what happened to the otters who went off to fight.

Hooloe ran north for three hours straight, getting his nice yellow tunic dirty, but he didn't care, he kept running. Finally, Hooloe stopped, finding himself near the campsite of an old corsair with a floppy hat and a pack of food and flint. Using his sling, Hooloe slayed the corsair with one stone. He then took the hat and pack and started north again, sometimes later getting himself a walking stick.
After four years Hooloe has gone to the west coast, hiding in an old cave. Hooloe has barely thought of his brother for all this time. Lucky him.
