Hehe, we're all disappearing lately, huh? Well, I'm not actually leaving per se. I'm just preparing for finals this week and next week and then taking said finals the subsequent seven periods of twenty-four hours. And that means lots and lots of work between now and the 16th.
So, basically, until 3:00pm, December 16th, I will be bery vusy, enough so that I feel it qualifies as an absence of sorts. I'll definitely be trying to get some work done ahead of time, just so I'll have a few days here and there that aren't so bad, but for the most part, I'll be engaged in a war occupied with Dead Week and Finals Week and this week, which are all pretty much the same thing.
Anyway, hope y'all have a great 19 days!

Update: Turns out, I won't really be having any free time 'til finals are finally over with. I have to study a lot more than I should, because it turns out I don't like chemistry at all, and since that was my declared major, I have a billion chemistry classes with finals and also one English essay to rewrite by Monday. In other words, I have about a month's worth of work to fit into about three days. Hurray.
Having just barely survived Dead Week, I will be attempting to cure the insomnia I now apparently have. I literally got about an hour of sleep last night, even though I was in bed for a solid eight hours. It may or may not have something to do the with drunkard who was bellowing incoherently in the dorm hallway and the lady with the shrill voice who was trying to calm him down. Anyway, my last exam will be a chemistry final that will take place at 6:00pm on Thursday. I will not post on Thursday or Friday or any day before that.
In fact, I will not be posting at all until I have learned to sleep again, which I presume will be sometime next weekend. Because I've read my English essay. I know exactly how well I can't write when I haven't slept in four days.
And to be quite honest, this entire semester doesn't bode well for my grades. Chemistry just is not my thing. But I guess that's how ya learn. I'm plannin' to be an English teacher now (although math teachers are more likely to be hired, so that's my backup). And to think, until last month, my motto was "I'll never grow up be an English major!" Funny how that works.
Eh. I ramble. Whatever. I haven't slept in a week. I really don't care. XP
