This was very much inspired by Django's Character Playlist thread, incidentally. ^^
In any case, have you ever run across a song that just fits your character perfectly? I noticed it in Broden's profile, and I noticed the aforementioned Django thread, and it got me thinking.
I haven't run across one for many of my Redwall characters, but I do have one that fits Heartsease - Kibou no Kakera, 'Fragment of Hope', performed by Kitade Nana and used as the opening for PPGZ. (I'm more than a bit of an anime nerd, so my musical inspiration often stems from there.) The cheerful feeling, and the feel of determinedly pursuing dreams without losing yourself, is just perfect. (And a bonus, Ms Kitade sounds quite a lot how I picture Heart's voice, which was what caught my attention in the first place.)
