Character: Orias Lerajie Imamiah Verdelet, nicknamed Olive (his initials spell 'oliv' and the 'e' is silent anyways)

Other: Olive is a fairly down-to-earth Patroller and is probably fairly stern. He doesn't really approve of Verdy's dreaminess, but is proud of her rank and skill with a blade. His personality and everything else are your choice.
