Trace and I were discussing possible plots in the cbox. We've decided Salamandastron needs a plot too!
The basic gist of what we have so far is that the slavers take it into their minds that they need revenge. And being part of a large fleet, they go back to their friends and say: Hey, those long-ears need to be taught a lesson!
Suggestions are all welcome. Perhaps a party of hares is captured, instead of just one or two?

Okay, so as I said, I think it would be good if Rose was captured, which would get your other character Aidan involved, and also my Jamie.
But also another Varilde so that family could also be involved. I dunno which one. Then maybe just some NPCs to flesh it out?

Who is the Varilde going to be?
About how many people are going to be in this? The whole mountain? I know only so many will be kidnapped, but will the whole mountain be involved-eventually, at least?

I think it should be one of the Varildes that hasn't been beaten up recently. Unless, of course, someone particularly enjoys abusing their characters.

We discussed it some more, and thus far our idea is:
There's a big group picnic outside. Some of them decide to play a game... tag or hide and go seek, and in the process, the vermin find some of them and attack.
Roseleaf, Leilani, Rora and a few NPCs get captured in the struggle and the vermin run away before the others can come to their aid.
So the LP gets involved, but the Varildes decide to go it alone while the Patrol strategizes.

So what we need:
Slaves- Ones who are slaves and hares to be captured
Vermin- This is a large fleet of ships, anyone want to be the big bad? I could possibly re-examine Lorna's motivations and throw her in...
Rescuers- Self explanitory, I should think...
Who's who:
Roseleaf, Lani, Rora?, etc captured...
Lorna- Minor captain or leader of the whole fleet
Varildes- go off half-cocked to get back their sister
Rest of LP- actually come up with a plan, (Aidan, Jamie, Eli? etc)

Yeah, that had been the idea, that it was the vermin who had Crystin. And I'd also considered the whole angle where they confused Lani for Crys.
And yeah, Crys would certainly be involved. I imagine the whole Varilde brood would get in on it.

Lorna is definitely in as one of the corsairs. She's not a slaver -- personally, she believes they are too much bother. But she's a mercenary and loves poking at Salamandastron, so she's gonna help... for a fee, of course. Lorna loves money.

Hello all! I'm new here but want to get involved straight away! ^^
Are you still in need of vermin characters? I would be happy to help in any way I can. I can play pretty much anything but if baddies are still needed I'd love to play one. ;3
