Name: Zarek Redclaw

Occupation: Warlord of Redclaw horde
Physical Appearance:
Zarek is very large. He is broad and muscular, with large red claws that gave him his name. They are nearly 3" long, and are efficient weapons. Zarek has yellow brown fur with a black tail tip. He has a long scar down the left side of his body from chest to waist. He received this wound from a badger wile he was young. Zarek's eyes are a deep green, strange and frightening to behold. He wears a simple black tunic, a chain mail vest, and a red cape. He has a red sash tied around his waist as a belt and wears heavy black boots. I battle he sometimes wears a visor-less tight fitting helm.
Possessions
Though his claws are weapons enough Redclaw carries a curved scimitar in his belt. He also takes a spear to war just in case he needs it. He has his minions carry along a tent which he sleeps in during the night.
Personality:
Zarek's cruelty knows no bounds. He kills and tortures creature just for the fun of it. Honor is no problem for Redclaw who will break any code of conduct to get what he wants. His ruthlessness does not stop till all are under his rule. When talking to his men he is disdainful and careless toward them. His temper is horrifying when he is disobeyed. He is pitiless to his enemies, and treats them cruelly and hatefully. The only creatures he has ever shown kindness are his father and Valdis Swiftsword. The gaze of his strange eyes is enough to frighten most beasts.
Strengths:
Strength-Zarek is very strong, with strength to rival a badger's (hope thats right.)
Claws-He is good fighter with his claws having killed many with them during his lifetime.
Smart-He is very smart behind his brutality, though blinded by madness.
Speed-Reclaw is a good runner, able to out pace most of the horde with his long stride.
Weaknesses:
Badgers-Redclaw, though having fought badgers before has never killed one and is secretly scared of them.
Madness-He does not often think before he acts causing trouble for himself and death for others.
Snow-Zarek hates the snow and cold. He will sometimes hide in his tent during a snowstorm.
History:
Zarek was born and raised in the cold North-lands, far away from Mossflower. He lived with his father, mother, and sister in a cave in the side of a canyon. His father, the breadwinner of the family, left the cave to hunt in a blizzard and never came back. Zarek was depressed as his father was the only person he looked up to. His mother had just had another son and could not hunt. But, Zarek cared nothing for his family's troubles. With nothing to stop him he fled the North and traveled South. By the time he reached Mossflower he was starved and tired. He met a family of mice who took care of him. When Zarek was better, he attacked them, ignoring the father. Luckily for the family, as he was about to kill them, a badger attacked Zarek. Zarek was almost killed but through sheer force of will he stayed alive. After the winter was passed he found a clan of ragged vermin. The leader, a fox, immediately distrusted him. But challenging the leader he fought him unarmed. Though Zarek he was wounded in many places by the foxes' sword, he grabbed the vulpine and ripped open his body with his claws. After that he took the leaders sword and dyed his claws in his blood, giving the name Redclaw. The horde immediately joined him, and followed him ever after. Redclaw has forced many more vermin of all kinds to join his horde, which steadily increases in size. He wanders now throughout Mossflower, bringing death to the woodlanders.

Swordbeasts-Main fighters and largest group in the horde.
Captain: Trysta Firefur
Guard-Best trained fighters and personal guard of Redclaw. They will sometimes fight alongside the swordsbeasts in battle.
Captain: Valdis Swiftsword
Bowbeasts-Scouts and foragers of the horde, they rain arrows over the heads of their comrades in battle.
Captain: Emmett Redflight
Assassins-The smallest group, these spies and killers go ahead of the horde and sometimes into battle with twin swords.
Captain: Ciera Nightdeath
