Where's the Land of Ice and Snow?

In Rakkety Tam, the wolverine horde leader and his white vermin came from "the Land of Ice and Snow" in the North. I was wondering why it didn't appear as a RP-able zone in our particular forum. If it's because no Redwaller ACTUALLY went there that's fine, I'm just asking but I do think allowing someone to RP in such a horribly inhospitable/possibly wonderfully whimsical locale would be great fun and enlightening.

I hope I'm doing this thing correctly, even though I'm not asking for a graphic or icon, perhaps this counts as "etc"

Hey, Ben, I think if you posted in the North and East board, you could say the setting is the Land of Ice and Snow. I know there isn't a specific board for it, but just creating a new thread there would be fine.
Also, if someone made a character (fox, ermine, etc.) who had been born there, his or her white fur would stick out like a sore thumb in Mossflower wood.
If you really wanted to, I bet the admins would be ok with you simply making a new thread with the setting being that far north. It may not be there since few so-called "familiar" Redwall species don't live there. Wolverines, ermines, etc. are rare much further south. Not to mention the fact that wolverine characters are restricted.
