Mm, at the risk of this sounding like every other introduction thread, I'm Miri (or Mirima), and it really it a pleasure to meet you all! I've been a fan of Redwall all my life, and so though I've been RPing for nearly eight years now, I'm not sure why this is the first Redwall forum I've joined - it seems to me I should have joined one much, much sooner. Over the years, I've read every book at least once, and some (like Rakkety Tam) at least twenty times. My favorite books: 1. Rakkety Tam 2. Redwall 3. Eulalia and 4. The Long Patrol.

Hey, Mirima!

It Is hard to make an original intro thread, isn't it? Anyhow, my name's is Elizabeth. That's only part of my real name, but that's what I go by.

I've been on this forum for more than two years now, so I guess you could consider me one of the oldies. Though I must say, we have quite a few new members who post and roleplay excellently. So hats off to them!

Hopefully you will join our ranks and continue to be active for quite some time. Unfortunately, when my school gets rough and life leaves me its own homework, I leave for periods of time. I have just returned from a few months of inactive, un-officially announced, absence. Time permitting I will try to be on a lot more now.

Back to my introduction to you though. Rakkety Tam and Taggerung (fingers crossed I spelled those right) are two of my favorite redwall books, but I have many others. Take for instance the wonderful, Outcast of Redwall. It has been a little while since I picked up a book and read it, but I still remember them all well.

In terms of hobbies... not many. Wandering around this site is one. Being cyber-school I'm on the Internet a lot, which I'm not sure if I really like. I like taking long walks through my neighborhood, or just wandering around with my dogs in the backyard. I Loved taking karate before dad pulled us out and had us go to the gym instead. Oh well. There goes my hope of becoming a black-belt, action star, karate champ like Jackie Chan or Jet Li.

I have a dog named Rudy. My dad owns his sister, Bella. They're Shiba Inu siblings. Then I have my family. Mom, Dad, and four brothers.

I've got big goals for this summer. Getting a job, getting outside while I can, teaching myself the guitar, riding a horse at least one, cooking more, and yeah...

SO. Conclusion time... It's Great to meet you! I do hope you'll stay, and you'll have a character to post with soon. In the mean time, I'm Beth, and I'll try to help you with anything I can.

Welcome Mirima, to The Legends of Redwall Abbey! You can call me Rorgus, or Denya. Whichever you want, I go by both.
My story will sound surprisingly like Bethy's up there ^^. Even though we're not related (sadly).

I live in a very small town of about 1000 people. We live on the outskirts of town on a farm. It consists of 40 acres, two ponds, one big gravel pit, three storage buildings (to rent) our trailer that we live in two shops and our big log house that we've been building ever since before I was born, witch was 14 years ago. Two weeks before we moved up here. I enjoy very much have alot of land, at the moment we own three horses 15 dogs (12 pups) and 1 cat. We've had alot more than that in the past though.

I also love taking walks out in the woods, along the deer trails and such. Right now spring's coming on so it's 57 degrees out there. I love riding my horse! (I have the stallion) and my sister and one of my other brothers have the to mares. I like to let him out to roam around and when I'm out I get on him sometimes and ride around!
I have six brothers and one sister (she's the eldest) there's only 6 of us home atm though. Two brothers in CA and two in a big truck who knows where!
My hobbies are, building sheds in the summer. Taking care of and training my horse, Redwall forums, writing and swimming in the summer also .

I'm home schooled and I love it! My sister is teaching three of us (the only ones not graduated yet). I have way too much time on the computer, and no homework to do. And soon I hope to go with my eldest brother in his big truck for a month or so!

And right now I think I'm going to go outside and play on such a lovely day!

P.S. My favorite animals are otters and my favorite Redwall books are, Taggerung and the High Rhulain.

I'm Tracy, one of the mods here, and one of the older members (age-wise) around. x) (They like to make fun of me, right guys?)

Anyhow, I'm a pre-law college student in warm, beautiful central Florida. I also have a part-time retail job and I'm an intern at a law firm. So that means I tend to be pretty busy but I do my very best to keep up with the site. You'll usually see me critiquing character profiles and puttering around in the CBox; you'll find our members are pretty active chit-chatting down there, so join right in!

Elizabeth: Oh, I quite liked Outcast of Redwall too. But it's so hard to decide, when they'll all so good... And you have FOUR brothers? For me, two is hard enough to manage. Are they younger or older? One of mine is 17, and the other is 25...and they're both twins, so I have 17 and 25 year old sisters, too.

Rorgus: Wow, you're lucky. I'd much rather live in a small town than in a big city - you get to see nature, while we get city skylines and smog...

Tracy: I've been on non-Redwall forums, mostly, and often doing RPs over email, or on other hosters other than Proboards. Mainly it was all original plot lines - scifi, fantasy, etc. - and some Star Trek and the like, but this is the first time I've ever been on a specifically Redwall forum.

Okay, by way of a bit more detailed introduction of me (though you probably don't want to hear it): My real name is Mirima, actually. I have two brothers and two sisters, mom, dad, and one very, very fat cat named Dobby. I'm in college right now, majoring in the classical arts (so Roman/Greek paintings, statues, and whatnot) and minoring in child education. I really want to teach art, so I've been spending a lot of time practicing teaching things like English or French. I live in a huge city, as does the rest of my family, and I intend to get out of it as soon as possible.

Uh, this summer, I'm looking forward to a job as the assistant head of the child education center at a local art museum (my application was just approved this morning), RPing, and going to France and Iceland. Usually I have nothing to do after homework, so I'll be online. A lot.

Hobbies: piano, Guitar Hero, Legend of Zelda, drawing, RPing, eating, and sleeping. Most of the time I sleep... and the rest of the time, it's Legend of Zelda.. heheh.

Anyways, again, it's great to meet you all, and I can't wait to RP with you!

I enjoyed hearing it~! Dobby is a fantastic name; I wish we still had a cat... alas, when renting, somethings don't happen.
I don't really live in a big city, but it's definitely different from where I moved from - I miss my trees... I have nine brothers, I'm the only girl, my real name is actually not Asterfall, and one of my older brothers roleplays on this site with me - as Rosebud and Sorrl :D So don't mind us in the chat room and Cbox if we start rambling about our favorite things or if I lock him in my llama pit.
AH! Legends of Zelda! *ultimate joy* Without question the most fantastic video games ever to be created... *drools* I'm really excited about the Ocarina of Time re-make for 3DS... and at the risk of ranting about video games, I'll stop while I'm ahead - er, behind?

How cool that your brother RPs with you! ^^; Mine would never... they're too busy with football and school to do that sort of thing... unlike me, they're actually getting real jobs once they get out of college/as soon as their applications are approved. Oh well.

Oh, yes, absolutely. The only thing that I'm disappointed in is that a college budget doesn't allow for video games, so I don't have enough money for the 3DS right now... T_T But I DO want to see it - I've been hoping for a OoT remake ever since the original came out (lame, I know, but don't you just want to see the original Zoras in the new Wii style? And all of the Skeletos on Hyrule field? They would be so CREEPY if they were remade, instead of just being lame...)

Bah, I can talk about LoZ for hours... ^^;
