I'm making a Hare character could he please be major? He's 30 but he had a lot of previous battle experience. His name is
Riseder Bastarnae McLearder he's a Germanic Highland Mountain Hare.

I'm sorry, no. He would have to be at least ten years older, bare minimum, to be a major.
