Night had fallen upon the great Abbey of Redwall this summer's eve. The nightly cool breeze drifted in through the windows as the abbey creatures slept. Some snored loud, some murmured in their dreams, and some were silent as they all wandered about in the realm of sulmber. Up in the dormitories, Travioso Trueflight slept on top of his sheets fully clothed from a busy day before. That is, if you could call what he was doing sleeping. He tossed about in his sleep murmuring, "Naw...naw...naw..."
In his mind a battle raged.......
___________________________________________________
Lightning flashed. Rain pounded the deck. His Father and Mother roared back and forth to each other as the large ship loomed behind them........
Travi cried out as the big ship crashed into theirs. The large boom racked his brain as he was launched backward and he blacked out......
Travi saw the faces of his Father and his Mother hovering above him. He heard them talking, but the words were jumbled and incoheirent...
"whatever be a happen’ to yer mum and me,"....................... .................."we love ye matey"................. ..........."ye have to be strong".............................
Arrows flew into his dream piercing the forms of his parents. Travi cried out and tryed to get to them, but something strong was holding him back......
Flames licked at Travi. It's grip was strong and painful. The pain.....the pain....the smoke...the pain........
He cried out to his parents telling them to get up as the fire burned him.......
A laugh resounded behind Travi. A rat seemed to appear out of the flame. It's cruel laughter ringing in his ears. It hurt worse than the flame's grasp...........
At first he was afraid, but the more he tried to run away, the more the laughter increased...........
Travi eventually could not take any more. Roaring, he charged at the rat with his knife. His blade crashing through the shadow's face...... ________________________________________________
"naw..Naw...NAWWWW!!!!!!!!!" Travi jerked awake. Sitting up like a lightning flash; his knife in paw. Apperently he must have grabbed it in his dream, for the sheets around him were ripped and torn. Travi's eyes flashed about the dark room, sweat dripping off him like dew, his breath short and quick from the terrifying dream.

A terrible storm was raging outside. Silenis ducked in and out of tree hoping for cover, A lightning flash illuminated the whole sky. Before her eyes the world seemed to be falling. With a gasp she felt cold rainy wind ruffle her damp fur. She blinked water out of her eyes. She needed to fine somewhere to shelter... and fast. She could hardly see anything in a thick dark storm. It was night and the bright and pale yellow flashes contrasted eerily with the pitch black.
She was stumbling along in darkness, on the verge of being terrified, when the next illumination made her she something that literally knocked her down. A large looming building caused her to fall down in the soaking mud with shock. With a gasp she noticed the color of it's walls.
Picking herself up she made a mad bolt for the main gate located a good ways ahead of her. She pounded on the door. The gate keeper let her in...
She was fed by the abbey beasts... They were so nice. She felt so calm... Given a change of clothes, weird... they looked like some kinda of robe/habit thing? Helped to her bed by an elderly hedgehog wife...
....
Peaceful... Despite the weather without... so peaceful. She fell fast asleep.
~Sometime in the middle of the night... All the abbybeasts are asleep in their beds...~
"naw..Naw...NAWWWW!!!!!!!!!"
Silenis jumped to her feet, she automatically reached her paw back to grab her bow. It wasn't there. She stared at the green clothes she was now wearing. She looked around the room, found her knife next to the bed and grabbed it. She made her way through the room toward the direction the voice had come from. She noticed she was in a dorm... Somebeast had just woken up she guessed? So... no worries... but what had troubled them??? And how would she know what beast had been woken...
Her bright eyes peered through the dark. She made out the shape of a young beast sitting wide awake in bed, he looked terrified. Her eyes adjusted to the dark. She almost jumped out of her fur. A sweating otter boy breathing heavy and carrying a knife. She almost dropped hers. "I'm sorry... did I heard you?" She murmured in a low voice... "Is everything fine?"
This whole night had confused her. All she knew was in Redwall was safety. And she was in Redwall, not in the storm. She sighed. She couldn't wait for morning. She wanted things to be made clearer to her by these goodbeasts.

Rorgus was taking a walk around the abbey. He always took a nightly stroll, he wandered down to the kitchens to get a snack. He found a tray of scones for morning breakfast and he found a beaker of mint tea. "Hmm.... Friar Bungle must have left these just for me" He thought "how nice of him" He took two scones and the beaker of mint tea and sat down in a corner on a stack of sacks. Once he had finished he went back up to bed.
As he walked by a room he heard some beast cry
"naw..Naw...NAWWWW!!!!!!!!!"
He went to investigate. As he reached the door to the room he tapped lightly on the door and asked " Is any beast in there?" Then he saw some beast coming toward him with a knife. He drew his own dirk just in case then asked. " Who are you? Are you friend or foe?" He dropped his dirk in surprise as he saw it was a female otter. She looked beautiful, Rorgus had never seen anything like her.

Travi's eyes flashed toward the window has he heard the thunder. It was storming agian...Just great, he thought to himself...He never got good sleep during storms. Travi's eyes continued to flash about the room. He knew there was somebeast out there, and awake too. He gripped his dagger tighter when he heard a voice near the door.
"I'm sorry... did I heard you? Is everything fine?"
Travi whipped around, trying to jump out of bed and face the beast who was there, but the ripped blankets had wrapped around him tightly when he wrestled in his sleep. Cutting the entangling sheets with his blade Travi turned to face the speaker, his knife at the ready.
It was an otter. To be precise, the female otter they had rescued from the storm early that evening; one of the reasons Travi had gone to bed in his clothing.She had her blade out but she wasn't in a fighting stance, she looked concerned more than anything.
Still sweating heavily and breathing rather hard Travi, embarrassingly murmured, " Naw...E'rt'in' be fine..." He hated been caught still having nightmares. He had killed the rat who killed his parents awhile ago. But form time to time the scar would pain him and when ever there was a storm he would have nightmares. Travi turned away form the otter, putting his blade back into his belt, then set about trying to fix his torn sheets, when he heard another voice behind him.
" Is any beast in there? Who are you? Are you friend or foe?"
Travi casually looked up behind him. The other visiting otter was up and about tonight. Travi's cheeks began to flush as he tried to ignore the newcomer. He probably woke up the entire Abbey and then they all will thin he's crazy and on and on and on......
But this otter was more interested in the female otter who had come to check on him. In fact he had dropped his knife and was staring like a dubbin at the cookie jar. Great ,Travi thought rolling his eyes. Just what he needed. The storm meanwhile continued to rage on outside as the lighting flashed and the rain beat upon the windows......

The young otter whipped around facing her with his knife held at the ready. She blinked but kept her position. He was an abbeybeast, he couldn't pose much of a threat, or could he?
"Naw...E'rt'in' be fine..."
She let out a sigh of relief. "That's good..." She muttered feeling embarrassed. She shuffled her tail on the ground shyly. "Well um... I guess I'll be going back to bed now. Erm... see you in the morning."
" Is any beast in there? Who are you? Are you friend or foe?"
She turned to go back to bed at the same time she heard the voice and almost ran into another male otter with a dagger. He dropped the dagger, she wasn't sure why. She almost dropped hers to. She looked up at him and muttered something about the whole abbey waking up and was all her fault. She blushed and wondered if she should say something. She thought she had seen both these otters earlier today but she hadn't had a chance to speak with them. "Hi?" She said in an uncertain whisper. She tapped a foot paw on the ground and stared at the floor.

Rorgus retrieved his dirk looking rather embarrassed. " uh..er.. I heard some beast cry out and came to investigate." He was entranced by the otter maid. He went out of the room and headed up to his room.
He flopped down on his bed and thought about the otter maid. Soon he fell fast asleep.
He woke up early in the morning and went downstairs to find some breakfast. He arrived in the kitchens and found the friar bustling about. " Hullo Friar. You got any breakfast for me?" The friar chuckled and said. " I sure do Rorgus! I knew you'd be along." He gave Rorgus a bowl of his best shrimp n' hotroot soup. Rorgus juggled it over to his corner and sat down to eat it.

"That's good...Well um... I guess I'll be going back to bed now. Erm... see you in the morning."
Travi tried not to look directly at the ottermaid as she turned to leave. She probably thought he was a crazy lunatic by now, shouting in his sleep, tearing at his bedsheets with a dagger, waking the entire Abbey with a nightmare...Oh, how he hated nights like this.
"Hi?" " uh..er.. I heard some beast cry out and came to investigate."
The other otter who came to see what the trouble was, tried to respond to the ottermaid, but he lost his nerve and ran from the room. Travi snickered to himself. He thought it was quite amusing.
Eventually the ottermaid left as well and Travi was left alone in his dormitory. Travi looked down at the sheets he was trying to repair and realized he was only making it worse. Throwing down the sheets, he walked over to the window. His mind was too crowded to sleep.
Looking out the window Travi could see that the brunt of the storm had passed and it was cooling down as the rain slowed to a drizzle. Picking out a towel from the closet Travi snuck out side to the pond. The best way Travi knew to clear his mind was with a swim.
____________________________________________________
The sun was just now shining over the Abbey walls as Travi resurfaced again. He was totally exhausted from having almost no sleep and swimming for half the night, but his mind had cleared up, which made him feel a bit better.
After climbing out of the water and drying himself off, Travi snuck back into the main Abbey building and headed toward the kitchens. Maybe he could grab a bit of breakfast before he got yelled at again, he thought to himself as he slung his wet towel over his shoulder.
As he approached the kitchens he heard voices from inside.
" Hullo Friar. You got any breakfast for me?" " I sure do Rorgus! I knew you'd be along."
Rorgus! Travi thought as he immediately flattened himself against the wall. No, no not him! He was the otter last night......Travi really didn't want to be interrogated about yelling at night and sneaking out of bed, but he was really hungry. And if he didn't get food now, he probably not get food anytime else with every beast mad at him.
Travi tried to stay concealed as he snuck into the kitchen. From hiding behind an island counter Travi could see one of the friars dishing out Shrimp and Hotroot soup, and the otter Rorgus at the counter eating. Travi thought if he could just snitch a bowl and get out of there, he might be able to make it. He would just have to hide out in the bell tower until everybeast forgot about that night.....
Draping the wet towel in his paws Travi snuck around the edge of the table and gently wrapped the towel around a bowel and whipped it off the counter. Keeping the bowl tight in his paws Travi tried sneaking out, but to his unfortunate luck, he collided with a mousemaid causing her to drop her baking mix and his bowl to scatter across the floor.
"Oh Travioso! Why you insolent seadog!" The maid be began yelling and causing a fuss. He was in for it now, Travi thought to himself as he tried to back way from the fuming mousemaid.

" uh..er.. I heard some beast cry out and came to investigate."
As Rorgus left the room she followed and went to her separate dorm. She sat down on the side of her bed. Eventually she fell asleep.
~~~
When she woke up in the morning the storm had ended. It had left behind it the promise of a bright sunny day. The change was so sudden and so great that she was startled when she woke to find sunlight pouring in through her windows. She got up and changed putting her dagger that she had laid aside once more at her side. She walked down the broad staircase looking around her. She hadn't had much chance to look around this place the day before. She ran he paw along the smooth banister as she made her way down. She went straight to the kitchens figuring that's where everybeast would be at this time of morning. She was right...
There seemed to be quite a commotion going on that fine day. Travi was getting himself yelled at by a maid... And then there was the other otter Silenis had seen the night before.
Silenis walked up to Travi and begin to clean up the mess that had been made. Grabbing a towel from a nearby table she cleaned up the last of the spilled batter. She turned to the mousemaid. "Now miss... I'm sure he didn't try it... after all, the reason he was walking away was so that he Didn't cause a fuss, not the other way around. Will you excuse him?"
She took Travi by the arm and lead him to the table that Rorgus was sitting at. She had him sit down next to the otter and she put his bowl on the table in front of him. She knew Travi wouldn't be happy about this. She grabbed a bowl of soup and sat down next to the two otters. "Now..." she said with a smile, "About the dorms last night. Nobody is going to find out what happened... And nobody that knows what happened really cares." She looked over at Travi, "Sir on the contrary, I completely understand what must have happened, the same kind of thing has happened to me before... Now... Let's eat." She put a large mouthful of the otter's favorite food into her mouth. It was the best she had ever tasted... She made a mental note to thank the Friar afterward.
Rorgus saw the otter walking in. He tried to shrink away from her but he didn't get any where. When she and the other otter came and sat beside him he was kind of nervous. He saw the other otter was trying to get out with out being seen, he figured he was embarrassed about last night. When he came over and sat beside Rorgus he said. " Look I wont tell anyone about last night, I promise. No one else knows so i wont tell." He finished eating and waited for the other otters to finish. Once they did he said. " Now why don't we go out and take a swim in the pond?"
He wanted to get to know these otters. He also wanted to go for a swim.
Travioso's day wasn't going well. First he had like nooo sleep what's so ever, woke everybeast up, now he had caused ciaos in the kitchen and was being yelled at by a mousemaid. He sighed gently to himself, just his luck....Adn to add insult to injury, Rorgus was watching and the other otter walked in and was walking over to him...O' great, he thought to himself...
But the otter didn't start yelling at him. Instead she picked up the towel Travi had dropped and cleaned up the mess.
"Now miss... I'm sure he didn't try it... after all, the reason he was walking away was so that he Didn't cause a fuss, not the other way around. Will you excuse him?"
The mousemaid got all huffy at the new otter. " That's what you think! I've know Travioso longer than you have and know that this type of thing is right up his ally of tricks and shunanagins...I shall excuse him this time,but.." she gave a dark look to Travi. "I'm watching you Travioso Trueflight!" And with that she stuck her nose high in the air and marched off to make another mix of batter.
Travi sighed, he just might be out of trouble...for now...But before he could do anything the new otter had grabbed hims by the arm and led him over to the counter with Rorgus....Great, Travi thought..'Ere it comes. He was going to be talked to about light night...he knew it...But again, that didn't happen. The otter sat him down across form Rorgus and gave him another bowl of soup. By now Travi's cheeks were burning beneath his brown fur as his hat began to slide over his eyes.
"Now...About the dorms last night. Nobody is going to find out what happened... And nobody that knows what happened really cares. Sir on the contrary, I completely understand what must have happened, the same kind of thing has happened to me before... Now... Let's eat."
" Look I wont tell anyone about last night, I promise. No one else knows so i wont tell."
Travi looked down at his soup, he began to dig in, but keeping his eyes down as he mutter a small, "T'ank ye both.....ye'll ne'er really know mates.....nabody e'er does.."
He ate his soup quietly, looking up every now and then, but then immediately looking down as he received dark looks from some of the kitchen staff. Finishing it quickly, Travi put his spoon in his bowl and was going to try and walk away, but Rorgus' voice stopped him from getting up.
" Now why don't we go out and take a swim in the pond?"
Travi was going to refuse, but he didn't know what to do. He kind off did want to swim again, but they knew about last night, but they said they wouldn't tell, but, but, but....He sighed to himself. He didn't know.... So he sat there, twittering with his knife as he waited for the ottermaid to answer. Maybe after she answered, he would know what to do......
" Look I wont tell anyone about last night, I promise. No one else knows so i wont tell."
She smiled at Rorgus, "That's good of you to say matey. Us otters need to stick together. We can't constantly be avoiding each other an' fighting."
"T'ank ye both.....ye'll ne'er really know mates.....nabody e'er does.."
Silenis watched as the poor nervous otter ate. He was receiving glares from quite a few people. It was enough to make her wonder what kind of things he did to deserve this kind of attitude from such goodbeasts.
" Now why don't we go out and take a swim in the pond?"
Rorgus was eager to, Travi was reluctant to. She was ecstatic about the idea. She looked over at Travi again. "Listen, if you're going in I am. I can't stand to have a beast like you in here sulking while we go out and have fun. You really should join us." She looked over at Rorgus with a smile. "It's up to you guys but I would enjoy taking a swim. It's been a while since I've had a proper one."
Silenis stood up and took her bowl off the table. She carried it over and handed it to a friar who returned it to the sink. Then she walked back to the two male otters.
Rorgus got up and returned his bowl to the friar also.
"It's up to you guys but I would enjoy taking a swim. It's been a while since I've had a proper one."
Rorgus went over to the other otter and said. "Well I'm going to go, you should come.!" He said to the other otter. " Oh by the way my name is Rorgus."
He headed out to the pond. Once he reached it he dove in and started frolicking about. He waited for the others to com, hoping they would hurry up.
He couldn't understand why he felt the about the otter maid. He was kind of confused and didn't understand.
"That's good of you to say matey. Us otters need to stick together. We can't constantly be avoiding each other an' fighting."
Travi thought back to his dream and sank low into his chair. Did she know what really happened or was she just saying that, Travi didn't know, but it made him feel uncomfortable. "Listen, if you're going in I am. I can't stand to have a beast like you in here sulking while we go out and have fun. You really should join us. It's up to you guys but I would enjoy taking a swim. It's been a while since I've had a proper one."
"Well I'm going to go, you should come! Oh by the way my name is Rorgus."
Traiv realized he was probably going to have to. Watching the female otter take care of his bowl, Travi put the knife he was fiddling with back into his belt and stood up, shrugging. "ok... um, oh!..uhh....ah'm Travi...."
He watched Rorgus run out to the pond. Following slowly Travi got to the pond and found Rorgus already enjoying himself. Taking off his belt and hat, he put them on a tree limb, near by and walked calmly over to the small dock that was near the deeper end of the lake.
Looking deep into the water, Travi looked almost frozen for a second, but then, with a powerful leap, he launched himself upward in a powerful leap. Twisting his body at the hight of the jump, Travi came down toward the water like an arrow and dipped into the water with out a splash..It felt good to be in the water. Even if he had been in it all night....
"ok... um, oh!..uhh....ah'm Travi...."
Silenis smiled and watched Travi walk out to the pond. Suddenly her eyes widened at the realization that she would be the last in for a swim. Probably for the first time in her life. She threw all the stuff she was carrying to the side and put her knife down gently on the table.
Then she dashed out the doors and ran out on to the lawn. In less time than it would take you to blink an eye she had located the pond and was running straight toward it. With a quick jump she made a smooth elegant dive into the water. She located Travi and Rorgus and swam over to them. "Hello again!" she called. "I can tell you're both great swimmers. I s'pose I'm not so bad myself." She splashed them playfully and then dove underwater.
Rorgus dove under after Silenis and began chasing her. Little did he know he was being watched! He didn't notice the giant grayling as it charged him. It hit him hard in the back, he was left breathless as the fish hit him. It pulled him down under the water to the bottom of the pond. He couldn't breath! He tried to yell for help but nothing came out, he struggled and then went limp.
He saw the big fish pulling down...down, then he saw the bottom of the pond before he blacked out.
Surfacing, Travi breathed in the fresh air as he let the water carry him on his back. It felt so good to swim. In the water, somehow..Travi didn't feel so alone... His moment of peace was soon shattered as the new otter swam over to where Travi and Rorgus happened to be near each other.
"Hello again! I can tell you're both great swimmers. I s'pose I'm not so bad myself."
Then she splashed the both of them and dove off, baiting a chase. Rorgus took the bait and sped off after her. Travi chuckled to himself. She could bait him forever and he would never catch her.
Diving beneath the water, Travi wanted to watch the chase, finding it all very amusing. However, that was not what he found as he looked around. Travi watched as the grumpy old grayling hit Rorgus twice in the back and began to pull him to the bottom of the pond. Travi felt for his dagger at his wait, but realizing he had left it on the tree, he waved it off and sped downward.
Travi, having no weapons on him, was going to fight it out, bare pawed. No grumpy old piece of shark bait was going to mess with is friends. Speeding through the water like a torpedo, Travi rammed the grayling with his body, causing it to recoil for a moment. That moment was enough for Travi to grab the unconscious Rorgus by the scruff of the neck and try to launch him up wards to the surface. The momentum he gave Rorgus should take him to the surface, but he hoped that the otter maid had caught on to the trouble and would help Rorgus.
The grayling, now full recovered from it's first blow, turned toward Travi, glaring at him. Travi glared right back, this fish is gonna be dinner. The grayling charged head on at Travi, but Travi leaned backward in the water so the grayling skimmed right over his chest. As the fish did so, Travi latched on to the fish and held on tight as it tried to ram him off it's body.
Travi, knew one thing the greyling didn't. Greyling, like a large number of fish, don't have teeth; otters do! Digging into the greyling with his little dewclaws, Travi opened his mouth, letting the air he was holding to breathe be trapped in his nose, and bit the grayling as heard as he could, right upon the gills.
Otter and fish thrashed about in the water. The greyling desperately trying to live and breathe, and Travi clinging on like a leach. The spasms became so great that a few times the pair broke the surface of the water, then dived back down again.
Eventually, the old grayling could no longer breathe and had no more strength. The fish gave it;s last attempt at life away as blood began to seep into the blue water and rise to the surface. Feeling the fish die in his jaws, Travi released the fish form his mouth, and tried to pull both him and the fish to the shallows.
It was hard to pull both of them, for Travi was exhausted and the dead fish was quite heavy. Eventually the pair reached the shallows on a bank. Travi threw the carcass of the fish on the sand and collapsed next to it; water lapped gently at Travi's body as he lay on his back, the sun's light blazing behind his closed eye lids. Coughing up fish blood and water, Travi tried to clear his lungs,while trying to suck in live giving air. He hoped the otter maid had rescued Rorgus.....
Silenis watched the fish go for Rorgus. She was shocked and was about to do something until she saw that Travi had already begun to. She tried to shake the panic off of her mind but that was just replaced with the frustration of not being able to help. Rorgus was unconscious now. Silenis watched Travi with her heart beating fast. She just hoped he could handle things without being killed.
Travi had grabbed Rorgus and pushed him up toward the surface. Silenis saw and dove for him immediately. She wrapped her arms around his limp form and swum with him up to the surface. Sitting on the edge of the pond she cradled the otter's unconscious body in her paws. Resting him beside her, she checked to make sure he was fine. She was sure he would live, she just wasn't sure how much damage had been done. She wasn't a doctor, but when she saw the fish's impact with him over again in her mind she shuddered.
Then she thought again of Travi. She stroked Rorgus' fur as she wondered what had happened to their friend. She blinked away a tear.
After a bit the surface of the pond broke and Travi emerged hauling the greyling with him. She gasped and helped him up onto the bank. "Travi!" She said, "Travi, are you ok?" She paused and continued, "Should I call for an abbeybeast? I'm afraid I don't know how to help you or Rorgus... Oh I'm so sorry Travi, it's all my fault and now I can't even do anything about it... I'm so helpless..." She shuffled her tail in the mud and started to cry again. Shy tried to stop herself and mentally berated herself for being such a baby. She clutched her paws together anxiously.
Rorgus groaned and moved. He touched his back and winced. He opened his eyes and saw Silenis sitting next to him crying. He sat up and said. " Whats the matter? Wheres Travi?: He put an arm around Silenis and comforted her. " I'll be all right. Did Travi save me?" He looked at the pond and saw a ripple then the water broke and he saw Travi surface.
He got up and limped over to the edge of the pond to help Travi out. He tripped at the edge and fell into the water, he lay there in the shallows for a while. After he had helped Travi out he said. " Are you all right? Thanks for saving my life, that was very brave." He tried to walk over to Silenis but fell and blacked out in the pain.
Travi heard Rorgus talk as he surfaced and collapsed on the sand. Nice dat 'e's ok..he thought to himself as he coughed up blood and water, lying on his back as Rorgus tried to help him out of the water.
"Travi! Travi, are you ok? Should I call for an abbeybeast? I'm afraid I don't know how to help you or Rorgus... Oh I'm so sorry Travi, it's all my fault and now I can't even do anything about it... I'm so helpless..."
" Are you all right? Thanks for saving my life, that was very brave."
Travi felt the sun beating down on his wet fur, slowly drying his wet fur, while Rorgus tried to talk to Travi and passed out and the ottermaid, who he could now remember was named Silenis, started worrying and blubbering. Doing his best to try and talk through the coughing, Travi waved his paws about trying to silence everybeast."'Old on mateys! Stop! Ah'm fine!" Travi said as he coughed again. "T'was not'in' dat ol' varmint was needin' it fur a w'ile naw."
Looking over at Silenis he breathed heavily, his wet fur collecting sand as he lay on the shore of the pond. "Naw marm, if ye t'ink we be a needin' an abbey beat, gaw a 'ead an'call somebeast..Not'ing was yer fault matey. Naw stop a blubberin'."
Inching himself over to Rorgus, he felt the otter's pulse and checked his breathing." 'E be a breat'in'. Out cold look's like mate. Pressure gots to 'im. 'Appens w'en ye goes ta deep an' can't breat'. " Laying down again, he continued to breath slowly and deeply. He was probably going to get yelled at again, he though to himself.....
" Whats the matter? Wheres Travi?: He put an arm around Silenis and comforted her. " I'll be all right. Did Travi save me?"
"Yes he did." Silenis smiled at Rorgus. Rorgus tried to walk over to Travi. Silenis watched him.
" Are you all right? Thanks for saving my life, that was very brave."
He passed out and she sighed and ran over to him. He looked okay...
."'Old on mateys! Stop! Ah'm fine!" Travi said as he coughed again. "T'was not'in' dat ol' varmint was needin' it fur a w'ile naw." "Naw marm, if ye t'ink we be a needin' an abbey beat, gaw a 'ead an'call somebeast..Not'ing was yer fault matey. Naw stop a blubberin'."
Silenis looked over at Travi. She so happy that he was alright that she didn't even start complaining when she was accused of "blubberin'." "Ah'm sorry." She said, "I was just worried about you two."
"'E be a breat'in'. Out cold look's like mate. Pressure gots to 'im. 'Appens w'en ye goes ta deep an' can't breat'. "
She nodded. "Okay then, I guess... well.... I don't know... what do you think we should do now? Will Rorgus be fine just waiting like this till he wakes up again? It seems like we should do something."
