Name- Violet
Gender- Female
Age- 16 years
Species- Mouse
Occupation- Warrior/quester (is that ok?)
Appearance- Violet is a very petite mouse. She has light brown fur with one black ear. Her back fur has a tint of red to it. She often wears the clothing of a male. A.K.A baggy black pants and a violet tunic. When she is needed to she wears her more feminine clothes, like her blue traveling dress. She has a tattoo on her ankle of two swords crossing over a violet. She is named Violet because of her eyes. They are a brilliant purple.
Possessions- Violet is never without her swords. She has two swords that are almost, but not quite as strong as Martin's. She also has a set of throwing daggers identical to her swords. They have a brown leather wrapped hilt and an amethyst for a pommel stone. She also carries bow and arrows when going into battle. She is often found with two apples in her pockets and munching on another.
Personality- When Violet first came to Redwall Abbey, she was somewhat a hermit. She is now very outgoing and loves to romp with the Dibbuns. When she is in battle, she is one of the fiercest warriors out there. She is very mild mannered. The only reason she fights is because she hates when the weak or innocent are killed because there was no one there to help them. She loves the Dibbuns and often helps them make mischief and watches them when no one else can. She doesn't think that the Elders of the abbey like her so she sometimes avoids them.
Strengths- Violet is very mild tempered and a peace maker. She is a very fierce warrior and most are glad to be on her side.
Weaknesses- Violet cannot cook to save anybeast. She is also terrified of heights.
History- Violet was born in the caves of the North shores. She was named Violet both because of her brilliant purple eyes and her mother missing the South was reminded of the flowers. She is he youngest of Six with 5 older brothers. She was closest with her father and her brother James who is the second oldest. When she was 8 James and her father taught her how to use a sword.
On a cold winter night she was woken up by the sound of screams and the cackling of searats. James grabbed her and shoved her in a wicker basket. Frozen with fear she watched as James woke everyone else up and tried to get them to hide, but it was to late and she watched as they cut down 3 of her brothers. The rest of her family got out safely. She still didn't get out of the basket for the rats were still there.
When she was sure they were gone she came out and looked around. She was the last one alive to be here. She saw her mother and one other brother lying dead on the sand. She knew that her father and James had been taken captive by the rats.
She traveled for years searching for Deksam Noe. The Masked One, the terror of the North. He was the one who had her family. He was the one she must defeat. She grabbed her sword and left it all behind.
First she traveled to Salamandastron, there her two swords were forged along with an identical set of throwing daggers. She finally reached Redwall.
She still wants to find him, but put that aside knowing that he will eventually get greedy enough to come inland to try to conquer Redwall.
