He is a large male otter covered in tattoos and old scars from distant battles. He is missing an ear and wears a mussel shell eye patch over one eye, overall giveing him a fearsome look. Being a strong swimmer, means that he has strong muscles , adding even more to his fearsome appearance. Most of his tatoos are just ordinary, but one stands out from the rest, a rats skull with two swords crossing behind it, this located at the top of his left arm near his shoulder. Out of his many scars only one stands out the most, it curves from the base of his neck to just under his eye with the mussel shell eye patch.
Possessions
He carries two curved swords, carried in crossbelted sheaths strapped across his back.
Personality:
He is quite cheerful and friendly to others, but when faced with vermin he shows no mercy. He is an excerlant salor as well as an excerlant swordsman. He enjoys the company of others, but will sometimes go off on his own.
Strengths: He is an excerlant salior, a strong swimmer and is skilled at using two swords, one in each hand.
Weaknesses: Haveing only one ear means he can't hear as well as he used to and due to his hatred of vermin he will sometimes rush off after them without thinking.
History: Finnbarr was born on the western shores where he spent most of his life, learning how swim in the vast open sea and learning how to fight with a sword. When he was old enough his farther presented him with the two curved swords, which had belonged to him, but he had become to old to use them and wanted to spend the rest of his life in peace. A few seasons went by and Finnbarrs farther passed away and it was on that day that he left his home, as he didn't have anything keeping him there anymore. Another two seasons went by and whilst he was traveling he met a young female otter name Iris, they became friends and soon afterward they became mates.
After six season of being together she gave birth to two sons, who they named Greenback and rorc. During the six seasons Finnbarr and gained himself a ship, which he had found washed up on the western shore. It had been greatly damaged, with a gaping hole in its side and the foremast had snaped in two. Finnbarr had an urge to become a salior and so with the help of some otters he had rounded up he set about repairing the ship.
The repairs to the ship were finished on the sixth season and the ship was given the name Pearl Queen. The Pearl Queen set sail captained by Finnbarr along with his family and crewed by the otters he had rounded up to help him repair the ship. They sailed around the coast for a few days before turning north away from the coast, where they were attacked by sea raiders. They were taken by surprise while they slept and where brought up on deck where they entire crew where killed by the sea raiders. Finnbarr was forced to watch as his family where killed infront of him and then where thrown over board. The sea raiders then attacked him, he suffered many wounds and was thought to be dead, so was thrown over board.
He was washed up on the western shores, where he was found by a family of sea otters who nursed him back to health. He thanked them for their kindness and then set off away in search of the vermin who had killed his family, he can still be found searching for them or for anyone who can help him to find them.
