Ash is leaving at the end of this year, rocky is pretty-much gone. Wildrun and Galileo are the only ones left! And Wildruns usually busy and Galileo only can come on about an hour a day! Aurggg!!! The staff are dying! Who will protect us!?!

(Just overacting. I know this site is here to stay. )

I'm here practically every day, and though I'm not staff I post a lot (with only a little poking) and no one ever gave me a single "Thank you for joining and making the site so much more interesting!" note or a letter or anything! -sniffs dramatically-

Just kidding. I don't want that kind of responsibility this early in life. I'm ONLY fourteen. But, honestly, is Ashy really leaving? Who'll RP Kenzie and Ashstripe and Breeze and everyone if he does?! Especially Kenzie. I like Kenzie a lot. Not to mention I'm waiting for her and Breeze to post in Edge of Faith.....

If Ashy really is leaving, it'll be a big problem for us. He has so many characters that support so many different threads that if he leaves they'll all collapse. We might have to institute a charrie adoption to make sure the rafters don't come crashing down around us, if you catch my drift.

There are still a few of us active people left. I think we can keep the site going somewhat. Unfortunately the ROC has been devastated over the last few years. All of us who were around when it started are "growing up". I use that term loosely though.

That's why you should be even more glad that I'm here! Fresh, young talent with plenty of time to spare! By the time I'm grown up a little, I will be eligible for a staff position! Right now, you could say I'm inexperienced, but I have many years of RPing in front of me!

I recall saying I might. It wouldn't be voluntary, but it'd happen - lord knows my life is already spinning out of control as it is. My mates are all fine then all of a sudden another friend has a mental break-down and ends up saying she loves me. Oh yeah, graduation is around the corner and I'll be homeless sooner or later. True story.

Curse my attractiveness. And the alcohol, that too.

But seriously, yes I am growing up. I'm going to be kicked out of my home sooner or later and be roomies with a few of my mates and struggling to earn a living.

But I won't let this site die, if I have to disappear - so be it. I've had a good run. I'll hand out the Admin account password and name some successors.

And Eli, yes, that's what holds me back from making you an Admin or something =]. You've got it all but experience and we all know how valuable that is.

-falls over- ME?! I don't have the slightest inclination to be staff yet. I started RPing in April of this year, and was first staff on a site in maybe June. I have no clue how to run a site. I just like to sit in my Corner and poke people! -takes out giant sign that says 'NEWBIE'- I'm still new to RPing! I don't know a thing about being good staff.....well, not effective ones at least. I'm not really inclined to be staff, if you catch my drift. Do you really think that I, right NOW, with my SPAAAAAZZZYYYY moments and SMG's, am ready for staff position?

That's what holds everyone back though, a lack of experience. I know a fair few of you lot would love to be Staff, but it's a matter of experience - a few months or a year on the site would be enough usually.

And Wildrun made Staff - and she's the self-labelled Spaz. *Dives for the nearest trench*

Now all of you stop crying because your Lord and Master is still here for a while yet, in two weeks - provided I don't get a third job - I should have a fair bit of free time.
