Heh. At times I feel like we at LoRA wrote the book on making Redwall RPGs.
Permit me to offer some advice, your not the first person to attempt to start a Redwall RPG. And you sure aren't gonna be the last. In all my years(Probably seven-eight now), I have seen very few make it past their first year with more then two active members; it's always the same story, people get hyped up, they go to the site, the site gets five members, three months later everyone's back at LoRA or MIA.
So allow me to offer some pointers - really I would be glad to see some other RPGs out there, not that I could offer my time, but it would be great for the community.
Anyways, yep, definitely in the baby stages. It looks rather incomplete to be honest. No skin or colour scheme or even graphics - just looks like the template that pro boards ships you. 'Tis easily remedied. No big deal, just whack some basic HTML and some magic of Photoshop and we're in business.
And probably my second and last pointer, the big cinch of the deal. I dearly hope that you have an original idea, probably two thirds of the RPGs that fail in their first month are just another cookie cutter RPG that follow the same plot as the books. Heck, even adding magic to the RP would add a world of dimension to it, I'd even kick myself to sign up - there was a site back in the day that had it and we went strong for a while.
So yeah, your site has potential, all sites do. But I've seen a LOT of sites fail.
Good luck.

Alright. Im just going to give you my own opinions and comments about your site. Please don't take any offence to it, I dont mean it as insulting. I will include suggestions, too. First off, here are the suggestions: -- Once its out of the baby stages, I highly recommend side tables, telling you of staff, contests, the season, the year, etc. etc. -- Make a picture for your site, you know one that you use for affiliates and whatnot. A banner, is the word Im looking for. -- And I know you'll get one, but you're definitely gonna need a good background Comments and stuff: If you want your site to really flourish, make sure all your writing is capitalized. I looked a your site and some of the things you wrote need better punctuation and grammar, and whatnot. Just a few, not a lot. And you're definitely getting better, but the roleplaying is really gonna need to be a step up. Like at least 2-3 paragraphs or so, 'cause the head admin is someone everyone looks up to for inspiration on a site. Dont limit the forum to just Redwal RPing. Add another board for any kind, ya know, just in case. Thats always a good sign. It shows that the admin thinks about not just himself and his RPing favorites, but any other looking to post other then Redwall. And make the staff only about 4 members. Any more then that is good, I guess, but if you grant people staff positions based on positions, like here,it may get confusing a little bit. Im not saying that granting staff position to anyone who gets a high position is bad, Im just saying that soemtimes if someones inactive, they may get upset if their position was taken away once you clear out all the inactive people. I hope you understood everything, and I, too, wish you the best of luck.
