Long Patrol Uniforms??

What color are they, exactly?

Certain books keep telling me different things. Mostly I hear them being red, but in the latest book, I hear of green tunics and of a tannish brown one... It might be that Brian Jacques has a certain color show a certain rank, and if that's the case, high ranking officers seem to wear red, normal officers wear green, and hares with certain duties - gallopers, runners, etc -- wear tan?

If anyone could help me get to the bottom of this, I'd be very grateful. ^^

I always just picture them as British Redcoats, more or less. Maybe without hats.

Try looking for images of the "Tribes of Redwall: Hares". The pictures are official, I believe. Also, Rogue Crew and The Long Patrol have cover art with the Hares in uniform.
