[Varjak Juskarak Taggerung]

'Thanks.' Canyon said, straigtening up and sheathing his weapons. He gazed out over the horizon and caught a glimpse of the belltower. Running forward, he gazed in awe at the huge red sandstone building. 'Wow!'

[Rocky]

Rocky crossed his arms and started at the abbey. It truly was a site to see. "C'mon, mate. Let's go knock on the gate." Rocky said. He started to walk over to the pathway. He pounded on the gate and yelled. "Open up! We're good beasts! Ah got a ferret with me! He's a good beast though!" Rocky called out. He banged some more.

Rocky heard the patter of feet. It wasn't coming from inside though. He looked down the path and saw vermin. About 13 in all. "Oi, Canyon! Ah see vermin coming, and Ah don't think they're friendly." He said. Rocky charged down the path towards the vermin

Canyon threw two daggers, they hit one vermin in the face and another in the chest. Charging forward into the middle of the vermin, eyes red with fire, he swung the blade, slaying five in the span of fifty seconds. He was quickly overwelmed and pressed to the ground. He thrust a dagger up, slaying one, then was overwhelmed with the vermin.

[Rocky]

Rocky killed a vermin with a quick slash of his sword. He saw Canyon overwhelmed and quickly ran to his side, He bulled into them, literally slamming vermin to the side. He killed one with a fist to the temple. He picked Canyon uo and went back to fighting. He knocked one out cold with his tail and winded another.

Just then, a mouse was seen walking on the ramparts, patrolling the path.

Canyon swung his blade and sat down, rubbing his head. A fox's head landed on the ground beside him and he fell down, unconcious.

[Rocky]

Rocky called to the mouse. "Oi! You up there! Open the gate!" He yelled. He then layed a rat unconscious. Just then a huge rat walked out. It was larger then Rocky or Canyon. He came with 20 or so more vermin. "Aw cr--" Was all Rocky got out. The rat swung with his hand and nailed Rocky. Rocky was forced back. He was re-gaining his breath when he saw the rat go for Canyon. He ran and jumped on its back. He knocked it down and gave it a swift punch. He saw the gates starting to open. "TIme ta go mate." He said to the still unconsious Canyon. He picked him up and ran for the gate. He pulled out a dagger and threw it. He heard the anguished cry from a dead vermin. He tossed Canyon inside and walked back out. He pulled out his sword. "C'mon! Who wants it!" He yelled. Rocky was going into one of his rages. He then ran into the fray.

Then Rocky grabbed a fallen cutlass from the ground. He held each sword in both paws. He started to spin as fast as he could. He killed about 7 this way, then someone knocked him out cold.

Meso Skypaw jumped into the fray like a thunderbolt, taking Rocky into the gates, she stabbed with her trident furiously, taking all the vermin out. Her shoulder was bloody and her face was bruised and scratched. She kicked at the rat leader, laying him senseless, then finished the fight with a stab of the trident.

[Rocky]

Rocky felt himself being dragged back to Redwall. He was still dazed when he got up and shouted "My blade!" He jumped up and knocked Meso out of the way. He ran back and floored a weasel. He found his blade and ran back to the gates. "C'mon, get inside!" He yelled to Meso. He then closed the gate once she was in. "I'm Rocky... What's yer name?" He asked.
