Jellal looked slightly sad after hearing Rewhane said his story should be written down. "There was no need for that flood to be written down...that disaster was imprinted on all the survivors memories." Jellal says with almost no remorse. Before that flood happened, he had been a completely different rat. He was happy, carefree, always optimistic, and never felt sad at all. Then the flood came....
He shook his head to clear that flashback. He always hated reminiscing about his past, it always brought pain, and sadness. He hated it, hated being afraid and not being able to do anything. He tried to change, but he could never do it, he just...couldn't. Jellal wasn't really paying attention to Rewhane and Inktail talking.

Inktail frowned as he heard his friend's words, in that odd tone so lacking in remorse but at the same time so full of it. Inktail wouldn't ask Jellal more about it, not just yet, but maybe someday after knowing his friend for longer he would. For now he stayed silent as he slowed his pace to match Jellal and once again patted his shoulder offering a friendly smile as he knew no words to ease that particular sort of pain.
After a moment Inktail, looks away towards Rewhane and with a twinkle in his eyes he askes
"Field Marshal Rewhane, can you tell if we are getting near the camp, and our possible guests on the road?" Inktail's ears perk up as he notices a scent on the air, one that he's liked since he first found out what it was. "Gaaaah, I must be losing it, I can swear I smell somebeast cooking Hotroot soup! I have been away from here too long."

Rewhane sniffed the air at the scent as well. “It would seem we are in the company of otters. Hotroot soup if I ever smelled it,” Rewhane commented, moving towards the smell. At Inktail’s comment, Rewhane nodded at the wisdom. “It might be best if I did go first.”
Rewhane walked into a wide clearing and was immediately greeted by the hustle and bustle of Camp Willow. There appeared to be otters everywhere and other woodland creatures were in evidence. Several otters looked his way and greeted him “I suppose this is Camp Willow?” Rewhane asked Inktail and Jellal. “It’s been awhile since I’ve been down this way.” Rewhane looked around for another moment and then turned to Inktail. “Do you know where to find the otter in charge?”

Inktail smiles as he follows Rewhane in, chuckling happily and waving at a few of the Otters that he recognizes. Taking in the familiar surroundings he inhales the aroma of that famed dish that has been known to make even the most composed creatures beg for more water. He nods as some of the busy woodlanders pass by and turns at the question from Rewhane,
"Hmm, Skipper'd probably be out either on patrol or doing a little gathering for the next meal, or maybe he's in the holt proper and doing some planning or the like. If it's the former it shouldn't be long before we bump into him, if the latter best we wait for him to finish up, no need to disturb anyone eh?" He smiles mischievously at Rewhane and Jellal,
"Now then, let's see about getting a meal after that walk. Fair warning Jellal, be very careful about this soup, it's been known to make braver creatures than the Field Marshal here whimper for a glass of water."

Jellal finally took notice of his surroundings. So this was Camp Willow, nice, very nice. Mostly Otters here, go figure, and some other woodlanders to. He then heard Inktails statement. "Its that spicy then? I had my share of spicy vittles." Jellal says admittingly.
This yet brought back a flashback of his many trips to the Thieves Guild hideout. He remembered the friendly faces and comradeship of the guild. It was almost like a brotherhood, though the food was what he remembered most. The spicy food he had for the first time was something he wasn't prepared for, and caused quite a laugh from the members. He smiled at the memory. "I guess I'll take the challenge then Inktail." Jellal says confidently.
