Physical Appearance: He is a very dark brown colour that looks almost black, especially when he has just left the water. Though it is rare for an otter to be of such colouring he wears it well. He dons a green vest and a nice leather belt. With beautiful green eyes, he is a mesmerizing site to see.
Possessions He has a beautifully handcrafted bow and about 20 arrows. He has 2 daggers as backup weapons
Personality: He is very nice but also a little stubborn when he's put in charge. When he was a mercenary he did everything he was told, no questions asked, but thanks to a friend, he mended his ways and joined Redwall. He is kind and has a gentle heart but it rarely shows under his hard warrior masked face.
Over the seasons, he gained a hardy friendship with the Skipper of Otters and quickly realized that was where he wanted to be, He joined the Skipper's ranks and flew up.

Weaknesses:His past haunts his every pawsteps and he fights blindly.
History: Young Rakko StreamWater was born in a cave by the sea and loves to sail and hike threw the woodlands. He swore an oath to his father at the age of seven seasons to obey the wishes of his master. In short, he would go to whoever offered him more and fight for their side, despite his own morals. Later, his parents where killed by vermin when he was 13 seasons because they, too, had sworn the oath and had been found by the vermin fighting against them. He has traveled across the sea and through the woods looking for petty wars to fight in.
