Coor: Rook? He doesn't need to speak for us to see what kind of a creature he is. Rook's always been loyal and considerate of others, he's an excellent musician and I'm glad to have him for a friend. Though I'll admit it does help that he's always there to calm us down if me'n'Broden decide to tear each other apart. -grin- (all in good fun though!)

Vulto Naraz: (Comeing out of nowhere) Hi, mates. Just droppin' in. Can I ask a question? Coor, why did you choose a name like that? Just wondering.

Coor: It's customary for the oldest male of the family to have "Coor" in their name. My father's name was Reiver Coor MacCloud, and my Grandfather's name was Conway Coor MacCloud.

xD If you would like a more technical answer, then I'm happy to explain! -ahem-
Okay, I picked "Lhiam" simply because I liked the way it sounded/was spelled, and it's a very short version of the name William, and means "Will, Desire, Helm, Protection". Coor, which has a few alternative spellings, also means "protect" in Scottish. I also gave him a Scottish sounding last name, both in tribute to one of my favorite characters, Rakkety Tam MacBurl, and because he's a border squirrel.
Plus I like clouds. lol

Not to sound like a hare o' nuttin, but he's 'a jolly good dancer'. 'e's tough but has a good sense o' humor; someone who you can relax wiff' but know that when the goin' gets tough, the tough get goin'. 'e's a bit strange, tho', with that whole, big ole' rain dilenma and all that fuss.

Tul, how'd you learn to be such a good navigator?

Errr...well, ye se' tats a inters...intersss..gud one! Bak when ta was a wee lil rat I wus born on a ship, and since I wus ta little for fightin I spent me time in ta cabin, and like most youngins I lik'd pictures. I would scrib on any spare peice I could find till ta old Nav'y decided that I should try ta draw ta islands. Turned out ta must 'av been gud cause I wus soon drawin his maps. Ta memory is just from not drinkin ta much grog or gettin inta many fights.

More interesting situations? Well.... -sly ol' grin- Well, there was that one time we spoiled a whole cartload of food meant for Obsidius Bane -- I hear he got stomach troubles for weeks. So they didn't take it out on the other prisoners, Me'n'Tampa told 'em we did it -- sure they locked us in a cage hanging off the side of the pier and made us tread water for a few days, but it was worth it.

Tobias: 'Preform'? Like 'form beforehand'? Well, I don't know. I kind of do that to all of them.

Tobias: Fine. Um. I do a lot of big spectacular stuff, mostly. Keeps everyone's eyes on me so Jaroah can steal stuff. I mean, I guess everything I do is sleight o' paw. Draw yore eyes one direction while I do somethin' over here where yore not looking. That's how all good disappearance acts're done.

You can see me jolly well takin' her for a swing in the training room most of the time, eh, wot!

Rook: I would actually most love to perform onstage, in front of a real crowd. Not to say I don't love performing for my friends at Redwall. But performing in the Grand Ole Opry, or somewhere like that would be a definite goal of mine, at least in the real world. If it's making money you were wondering about, I have no real desire to actually make a living out of it. In fact, I believe you've given me the best role I could have, in your novel, Mr. T-Bone. -smiles warmly-

Rook: If you could speak, who would be the first person you would yell at?

Rook: I can honestly, and proudly, answer that I have never given thought to a question like that. First of all, if I could speak, I would spend more of my time learning how to sing, rather than worrying about who I would be cross with. Furthermore, I consider myself the patient type, and would most likely handle arguments with as little voice-raising as possible.

Short answer: he'd yell at you, Warfang, for asking the question in the first place.

Well beside getting my foot fixed I HAD hoped to possibly join Her forces. But if whats happened so far is any indication that doesn't look like that good of a possibility. I personally don't see what the problem would be, a soldier shouldn't care about who serves with him as long as he knows he can be relied on. I mean I've seen these tiny hares around a bit and they seem to be trusted...But I can always hope right?...Hope his lordship doesn't go through with his catapult idea.
