History:
Tindle’s parents were both good pine martens who had given up their evil lifestyles. The two belonged to the Redclaw horde, were they were born and raised. One day they had enough of the horde’s evil actions and escaped.
Tindle’s parents made it to Redwall, where they were welcomed with a little distrust. The pine martens tried to get rid of the Redwaller’s suspicion by helping every-beast any way they could. Soon, they became welcome additions to the abbey.
They had two children who grew big and strong, trained by their father in the way of the warrior. Several years after their arrival, on a fine winter morning, Tindle was born. He was much younger than his two siblings. His brothers were determined to go slay vermin, for they hated all evil. They traveled deep into Mossflower, slaying vermin of all kinds. At night the came back and told tales of their exploits to astonished listeners around the supper table.
One day, the two pine marten warriors decided to attack the Redclaw, the horde their parents had belonged to. They never came back. Still, Tindle’s brothers lived on in legends in Redwall abbey.
As Tindle grew up, he tried to be kind and help daily where ever he could, just like his parents did. When he came to be a more adult age, he tried to figure out what he wanted to do in his life. He decided not to take the way of the warrior as his brother's had, nor did he want to sit around the abbey. He decided to travel.
In his travels he met many beasts, some good, and some evil. He started offering to help beasts he found on his travels like he had a Redwall. He was surprised that they offered to pay for it. When he found out what he could do with money, he fell in love with it. Soon, he started fighting for money. Thus, Tindle Coldtooth became a mercenary.
As he traveled he got better and trained with expert fighting beasts. He still came back to Redwall from time to time to see his parents and the other Redwallers. He befriended many of the Redwallers during his stay, and he always helped them for free. Tindle still travels Mossflower, fighting for those who pay him.

Mother: Living at Redwall.
