Tis' a new month which means a new contest. End of 2007 already huh?


General Overview
Member of the Month is a contest in which members are nominated by their peers on a monthly basis. Judgment should be based on friendliness, contribution, and activity - not only personal belief.

Rules

• You are allowed three nominations and one honorable mention. Be sure to provide a valid, reasonable statement/explanation for this nomination.
  
• You may not nominate for yourself.
  
• You may not nominate a member who is a current Member of the Month.
  
• If you wish to nominate someone, they must be an existing member; no nonsense allowed.
  
• Tributes are allowed, but this privilege is not to be overused.
  
• You may not vote for tSoMtW.

2) Ashstripe- Stays active through thick and thin. Doesn't give up on inactive topics.
3) Zeffer- Great job on the story-acr, you and Darkhawk. (Can't vote for Darky though, already MoM)
HM) Kiara- RPs well and creative.



BTW: Hey Ash, a couple questions:
-You said that we couldn't vote for Current MoMs, but you voted for Luna?
-You also told me once that the topic started couldn't vote. Has that changed?
-Is the winning verdict based on a points system?

1. Luna isn't a MotM in any category, check the header mate. I however, am. So you'll have to change that vote.

2. New site new rules. Though not a complete revamp.

3. You mean the winner is elected through points? Eh? Whoever get's the most vote's wins and etc etc. If we have a tie they fight to the death.(Apparently that's inhumane..) So we list them as tie.

The point system works by giving the first place vote = 3 points, second = 2 and third = 1. HM gets one HM point. So, on my post Cut wou get three points, you two exc.

And thank you for informing me about the MoMs for the month I will change my post right now.

Nope, it's all a flat point count. Each vote grants one point, it's not in order of preference, rather just in the order that you voted for them.

And no worries, that's m'job isn't it?

1)Ashstripe-Pretty active, Very friendly, His post relate to the books and are very interactive towards each other's character.
2)Piper- Very Active in each post and quite descriptive for his actions. Quite friendly.
3)Torphessis(Sp)-Decent activity, Quite entertaining in his post.
HM -Lavender- She stays as active as she possibly can. She is very friendly.
