Physical Appearance:
General—Covered in green-brown scales that reflect the sunlight. His eyes are a dull yellow, mouth blood red with small serrated white teeth. The tip of his tail is missing and is covered over with scales, a bright pink tongue that flickers in and out. He has two deep gashes on his back inflicted there by hares from the Long Patrol.
Possessions:
Trident: Razul stole this from another vermin in a raid when he was a warlord.
Cutlass: Razul has had this and the dirk for a long time, since he became a monitor guard at Sampetra.
Dirk: Razul has had this and the cutlass for a long time, since he became a monitor guard at Sampetra.
Personality:
He is a rude creature, never listens to anybeast except himself. He prides himself in being an outstanding fighter and he believes is able to beat anybeast, which probably means he can't. Razul is disrespectful and will kill anybeast without asking them what side they're on. He has never seen a book in his lifetime.

History/Background:
Razul hails from the island of Sampetra, the tropical island beyond the sunset. He escaped in a small boat after Ublaz was defeated and slain by his snake. Sailing across the sea, he landed miles away from Mossflower, Salamandastron, and Redwall. He built an army and became a warlord, attempting to take Redwall Abbey for himself. His entire army, about three hundred rats and weasels, were defeated by the enemy. He fled south with the hundred followers he had not used and then attempted to take over Salamandastron. He almost slew the current Badger Lord and about ten hares before his army was all slain except him. Razul took one hare hostage and slew him, depositing the hare's body in front of Salamadastron mountain early the next day. He watched the Badger Lord in a rage and smiled to himself. He truly was the most evil of all warlords! The next day another hare went missing, and then another, and both turned up slain at the mountain again. Then Razul fled and is still living in Mossflower to this day.
