Jacksaw was surprised at the hare's losses. He had an idea to get them into action. "C'mon chaps! Are ye perilous? or pitiful?! C'mon! Get inta the action!" Jacksaw roared. He then heard the order for pikemen to get to Ashstripe. He ran over to Kenzie. "Colonel! AH have a fair good idea. We'll get yon pike and spear beasties, and they can form a ring around everybeastie. Then we'll have hares with shorter spears fill in the little gaps. And right behind that, we'll have sword beasties and last but not least, the arrow beasties! Ah'll order it now!" "Pikebeasts and spearbeasties! Form a ring around Laird Ash and his flank o' hares. Hares with shorter spears and javelins, fill in the gaps between them! Swords get behind the short spears! And Archer! Get behind the sword beasties! Do not let them pass!!" Jacksaw roared. He was outside of the ring of pike beasts. "Ready! On mah mark! All arrows and javelins that we can spare will be shot and thrown at the enemy." Jacksaw shouted.
He could see all around that there were enemies coming. "Ready... Take yer aims!..." They were getting closer. "Loose of all shafts and javelins! Fire! Show them what perilous really means!" Jacksaw said. "Keep this up until they deplete or a higher ranking chap or chapess gives a different order!"

Makoce slew another two vermin with swings of his cutlass and kept swiping, hearing Jacksaw's commands he spoke to the hare. 'Hey, longears, who are we fightin'?' He slew another fox with a punch to the throat and yet another with a stab of the cutlass. Twirling the blade, he beheaded a few fox that were slow getting out of the way. He picked a javelin up from one of the bodies and bit back a curse as a sword sunk into his shoulder. He killed the offending fox with a stab of the javelin and thrust it at a line of vermin, impaling two through their stomachs. He ripped the wooden weapon out and slew another with his cutlass blade. Stabbing a vermin through the head with the javelin, he grabbed the body and threw it. It killed a fox soldier and injured another. Whipping left and right with the javelin and cutlass blade, he knocked down at least five vermin before a sword sank into his back. He turned around, pulled the blade out, and slew the fox. Then he broke the blade into two and flung it at the advancing vermin, stabbing with the cutlass and the javelin.

"Any beastie that ain't a hare!" He shouted over the din of battle. "Ready! Aim! Fire!" More arrows and javelins seeked out more targets. "Oh, Luna, she's a big badger type like Axe and Laird Ash. Her troops are also not hares, but thse beasties are wearin' lighter colors.. Don't kill them." He said. "Ready! Aim! Fi--Uhn!" He was struck by an arrow. The arrow went into his shoulder. He grabbed the arrow, tore it out, fitted it to his own bow, and shot it at the coward that shot him. He heard an anguished cry. "Ah, that should do better!" He said. "He ripped off a sleeve and tied it around his shoulder wound. "That should hold it." He said. "Hares! Ready! Aim! Fire!" More and more missiles hissed through out the air. "Hahahahaha! Ye truly are perilous!" Axe said.

Makoce nodded. 'Well try not to hit me.' He floored a few more fox with the javelin and the cutlass, and punched one forcefully in the snout, killing it. A bow and arrows lay on the ground from one of the slain fox. He grabbed it, backed up, and fired arrows into the air. One of them he fitted his dagger to and shot. It flew through the air and landed on a fox's head. It fell over dead.

Lieutenant Colonel Greenburrow threw one of his axes at a fox who was charging straight to him, a lance in his paw. Hugh nodded grimly, the axe hit the fox in the chest. Hugh ran towards the foxe's body and dislodged his axe. Hugh noticed a shadow rapidly advancing on him and swiftly rolled to one side. The rat who was about to stab Hugh continued forward with the momentum and ran staright into another rat, stabbing the vermin with his sword. Lieutenant Colonel Greenburrow got up and continued fighting.

((These is what we call Slacking... I am a slacker... AND I AM PROUD!--Sorry mates for the wait--))
"Forward you poor excuses! These are nothing but weaklings! Heretics to the true path! Defeat them, cast them into the dirt of their own blood! SLAUGHTER THEM ALL!!!" screamed the Magus, wisely staying in the back ranks as his soldiers ran forward. The Front line was mainly made up of weasels and ferrets. The WARR leader watched coldly as his troops died along side the enemy. The Magus drew his dagger as he moved forward sighting one of the three (four?) badgers in the ranks.
Zeffer had left the main group of the allies against the WARR empire. He walked threw the narrow mountain passes, with a small team of assassins headed for the first Look-out post. His team was divided in three groups. The First would be with him and infultrate the center of the WARR Fortress threw one of the passes from the post. Another would go and secure the dam area for the Azurrians. The last would remain at the lookout post till the allies managed to get there and then use it to get into the Main fort as well. If the Woodlanders could force the Empire into a retreat and the Azurrians destroy the dam, then the fort would be washed away, cutting down the WARR Army to at least a half of what is was. If everything followed plan, then the War would finally turn around. It was an optimistic thought, but Zeffer held onto it like it was the only thing keeping him alive.
"Zulu... What now?" inquired Rosethorn as he stood before the Archmagus. "Give him your sword, Overlord... It is the fragment from the great Calamity that destroyed the Sephron, and banished Vulpuz in the first place... His essance is still upon the rock... Give it to the child." replied Zulu as he held a red hot brander. The Overlord stared for a long moment before handing his son his sword. The armor on Darkhawk was a black plate that was not bulky but meant to protect his vital organs. The black metal sword matched the armor as Zulu moved forward pressing the brander on the center of Darkhawk's head. "Return to us, mighty Vulpuz... Return to us great Warrior-god, show your vengance upon the world... Burn this world, the Sephron are by your side mighty lord..."

Freya moved quickly with her vermin troops. All the Allied vermin under her were wearing what looked to be a scarf around there head that was in a bright red color to show that the were fighting along side the allies of Redwall. Freya ducked quickly under the strike of a lance point from one of the ferret soldiers. She retaliated by striking with the end of her lance, then flipped it to the bladed part striking forward, making the ferret jump as she continued to moved forward striking at various areas of the ferret.
The Azurrian Archers fired black colored, steel tipped arrows at the enemy lines. The arrows seemed to come down on the WARR Lines easily penitrating threw the armor that they wore. Naja had a sheild up, and didn't fire as she remained under it. There was a bang as an arrow hit it from up high. Within a matter of a second the blind wildcat lined herself up with the same angle which it had hit the sheild at and fired an arrow off. The New Azurrians spoke in there language, some saying how barbaric the woodlanders were. Naja merely rolled her eyes as the archers kept firing. She hated her people's arrogants, their blind pride that made them more blind then she was.
Darkhawk shouted in pain as he felt the burn on his face, reviving past memoried as he flinched away, sword in hand. His eyes were clinched shut as he held his head.
Those fools think they can use us... They think that they can use us... They are weak... They are nothing...
Our destiny must be forfilled... as long as it doesn't, they will never stop, never rest until it is... Together, we can be stronger then they ever were... We can become Gods on this world... We will no longer be forced to do what anyone says...
KILL THEM ALL!
Darkhawk's eyes opened with a blood red color in his iris, rather then the brown it was. He darkly smiled as he stood back up, his back to Rosethorn, Zulu, and Talia. "...You are right... I shall reck my vengance upon the world... and it will burn until nothing is left... STARTING WITH YOU!" Darkhawk turned instantly slashing at the two closest Honor Guards. Quickly the warrior turn around upper cutting at Rosethorn's chest. "ALL WILL BURN! ALL WILL DIE!!!!HEHAHAHAAA!"

((Slack pride!))
Kenzie was about to object to the order, but her Lord had already sealed the deal, "I dun' care how ye do it! Just keep them back!" He roared over the myriad of battle, instantly silencing the young Colonel before she could even let sound loose from her now open mouth. If Ashstripe's sanity was a game of tug-o-war, he would've been digging his paws in front of the fine border between madness and reason. The lure of bloodwraith was too much; he had nurtured it far too much and the smell of blood and battle was the fertiliser.
But he had to hold on, he could feel his paws and arms numbing, the only real warmth was sickening, blood. This is what he had been reduced to, killing to save his own life, a primal instinct; it was no longer about honour or freedom any more. But if he embraced his instincts, the bloodwraith, he would break formation, endanger all those around him and for what price? A chance to relinquish what held him? Things such as pain and frost were more then a fair trade for life. His eyes glazed another layer of red, the edges darkening further as he caught sight of the Magus. Shouting warrants of their death frantically, he wouldn't reply in kind, he had a whole army of hares to do that for him.
_________________________
Breeze fought his way to the centre charge, Ashstripe and his forces and staked a claim to territory and all vermin who were caught behind his line of forces were trapped at the mercy of the hare's who were catching up. Despite being surrounded and pin cushioned with an assortment of weapons, the enemy still resisted admirably, not one asked for quarter; not that it would have been given.
He grabbed a spear of a body that he simply could not recognise, he wasn't even sure of which side of the war it had come from. It didn't matter, in a few moments the spear had left his paw and flew into the chest of a unfortunate ferret. He clucked his tongue as he pushed forward with his diminishing squad, Kenzie had torn off in a different direction and Breeze was sticking to the original plan. "Now lads! It's them or us!" He cried out triumphantly, he looked as if he was enjoying this a little too much.

(I declare this slacker day!)
Luna heard the orders being shouted over the sounds of battle to hold at a certain point. Dispatching another beast to Hellgates, Luna quickly turned, signaling to one of her captain's for the horde to do the same. He raised his own weapon in reply and quickly the message was sent through the ranks as her soldiers lined up next to the Long Patrol in a sort of wall against WARR. It was than that Luna realized she was now in a bad situation. She was cut off from her troops, WARR soldiers surrounding her. Cursing her foolhardiness and blood wraith in general, she turned, trying to figure a way out of the mess she'd created for herself. Her self-berating was cut short by a spark of pain in her side. Someone had managed to snake a spear point between her plate armor. She pulled out, praying mentally that it wasn't deep. Wielding her sword quickly she began to fight, keeping those surrounding h3r at bay, but unable to move forward. As she disarmed another beast, she glimpsed the Magus. "Coward," She snarled loudly, not knowing if he would hear her over the battle. "If this is tha' bes' ye can do, I would suggest ya stick to insultin' yer betters. Why dun ye fight me... tha' is, if you really can." By now Luna had discarded her helmet, needing to be a able to see everything around her. A shallow cut ran across her cheek, and the tip of her was gone. Yet she was smiling darkly, her eyes a far deeper red than that of the blood staining her fur. She raised her broadsword, and slashed down on a fox, her eyes never leaving the Magus, and her attacks becoming increasingly deadly with the force she put behind each swing of the blade.

Rosethorn's eyes opened wide as he felt his own blade enter his chest. The Overlord stared with no expression more then one of surprise. The Sephron's eyes slowly looked down to see the sword threw his chest. He stared at the blade as he saw his blood pouring out from the wound that went from his lower chest to the center. Images from his past seemed to appear before his eyes. One was an image of his father, bleeding and dead by a similar move he did with a knife. "He...hehe...." the Overlord laughed as the blade was pushed farther in, and out threw the back. He gasped for a moment as he looked into Darkhawk's blood thirsty eyes. Then the master of the Empire slowly smiled, as if he was happy. "...my...son..." Then, the WARR leader collapsed to the ground, causing the Elite Honor Guard to flich back in horror. Rosethorn the Asonian was dead.
Zulu recoiled back as he stared at Darkhawk, then to the fallen Overlord. The Sephron stared slightly with fear in his eyes after hearing the claim. The Other magus flinched as well as the saw the blood of their leader. Zulu had thought Vulpuz would have killed Rosethorn, but seeing it, he realized that if it was Vulpuz, it wasn't just satisfied with the death of the WARR Overlord. It wanted more then that. He wanted to paint the world with the blood of the dead and the music of the mouns of the dying. For the first time the Archmagus seemed frightened. "Vulpuz... W-what are you doing." The Archmagus moved back behind the other four magus that seemed paralized with fear. The Elite Honor Guards rose their spears ready to kill.
The magus that he insulted the badgers turned to see Luna staring at him. The knife-weilder grinned before moving forward to fight Luna. "Don't kill that stripe-dog... PLEASE... ALLOW me..." hissed the magus in a pychotic manner.

Jacksaw signalled for one more volley. "Take yer aims! FIRE!" He shouted. "Break off and do whatever Laird Ash wants ta!" He shouted. Jacksaw was cut and scratched everywhere. He pulled grabbed a javelin and his sabre and ran straight for the front line of enemies. He jumped on the first ferret he saw and stabbed him with the sword. He got up and stabbed another. Someone knocked his sabre away, so he took the javelin and cracked it over one's head. The javelin snapped in two. Now he had two javelins. He leaped back into the fray.

Axe saw Jacksaw charge the front line and he joined in too. He had his axe out and was just killing everybeast in sight. He took the axe and cut a ferret in two. He punched another in the snout and knocked it out cold. He then turned and saw two ferrets going to jump on him. He swung the axe in one sweeping arc and killed them both instantly.

Snowpaw saw his dad charge, too. He ran over there right next to Jacksaw. He was hacking and stabbing. Jacksaw and Snowpaw had their backs to each other and were just stabbing and killing wherever their weapons reached. Snowpaw was knocked down. A ferret went to stab him and Jacksaw slammed his half of javelin down on the ferret's arm and kicked him away. He helped Snowpaw up and joined the fray again.

Talia watched, her head tilted somewhat in curiosity as Darkhawk was dressed in the armor of Vulpuz. She didn't know much about either Darkhawk or Vulpuz. Only that that Darkhawk was Rosethorn's son and carried the blood of Vulpuz in his veins and Vulpuz being the god that the WARR empire praised. The she-fox covered her mouth as Darkhawk was branded..on his face. She shivered at the thought of getting a hot iron on her head. 'As long as it's not me...' She thought as she continue to watch. Talia jumped back as Darkhawk....or...Vulpuz in Darkhawk's body spoke and killed two of the honour guards then turning on Rosethorn. '...This could be a problem..' She thought as she slowly backed up. 'This is more then what i signed up for..' She looked around for the nearest exit, but had decided it was best to wait for things to calm down a little before making any sudden movements. She looked over at Zulu when he asked his question to Vulpuz. She was on her own now. Rosethorn now dead and Zulu retreating behind the other magus. She bit her lip thinking of what to do before he turns and kills her as well. "...Now now...Is that any way to treat or speak to our....God-king?.." She said not knowing what to call him. She took another step back and knelt on the floor, bowing. 'please don't kill me...'

Darkhawk's gaze fixed on the Magus, a look of pure disguse in his eye as he took a step forward making the magus's flinch in terror. "You seem to have forgotten the way... We are Sephron... the greatest race to walk upon this world... the ones who were born to rule it. The world declared I the enemy to it... It purged me from this world... but since this world has declared me that... It will go with me... A fire shall cleanse the world, and the Sephron will die... and be reborn as me! I AM VULPUZ, the Guardian of Hellgates... the Destroyer of this world." Darkhawk hissed as he slashed down a magus that was near the Archmagus. One. When Talia spoke Darkhawk laughed. "God-king? Nice ring... but why settle of only that? Why can I not be the god of then new age!? Why should I yeild to any being?" growled the warrior as he plunged his sword forward threw the chest on another magus. Two. "What am I doing? I am cleansing the sins of the Sephron... You have lost what made you us... You fear me... Sephron fear nothing!" Instantly Darkhawk swipped at the Magus that were standing before him. He was specifically targeting the Sephron before going after anyone else. He ignored Talia, but it was obvious the moment he was finished with the Sephron he would kill her and anyone else. With a boom of thunder, rain began to come down hard.

Rain. It was something Ashstripe hadn't experienced in a long, long time. The dry coastal dunes caught the occasional storm every few seasons but the last one had come and gone before he had even ascended to position of the Mountain's Lord.
The water fell upon him, dampening his fur and his senses alike it was as if steam was rising from him, into the suddenly blackened skies. Perhaps there was a lot more to this war then he initially led himself to believe, perhaps this horde weren't quite the insane fanatics he had made them out to be. They may be fanatics, but they may also be correct. He smiled, it was strangely soothing for reasons he could not understand. The blood from his hands warmly and freely flowed onto the ground as the battle almost suddenly stopped for a moment as if every beast looked to the sky and then to the enemy in a very brief and uneasy truce.
Clarity was something with a short life span, this went double for Ashstripe. Though he had finally won the internal war to maintain his sanity, he still had the more important war to wage; the one that involved his and probably every beast in Mossflower, lives.
As quickly and suddenly as he had halted his assault did he begin once more, he could feel the water now, running into his frequent wounds. The soothing emotional effects now forgotten and the sheer stinging pain took its rightful place. "Eullllliiiiiiiiaaaaa!" He roared as loudly as the lungs in his chest could bear, his arms outstretched and holding the centre line, he let his proud defiant roar echo throughout the mountains. If this was the end of the world, or at least his, then let it be known that his last breath was expended on swinging his sword.
How fitting that even nature herself seemed to believe it to be true. _______________
The waves of reinforcements to the front line was well appreciated, Breeze himself was forcing the middle. Middle, front, left and right, it really didn't matter. The hare simply could not tell where he was or where he was going, regardless there would always be something to be stabbed. Command over his squad was abolished, command and order in general was abolished. There was no time to present orders and even less to receive them, it was essentially point and stab.
This course of action eventually led him to the front line, shortly behind Jacksaw and the Badger he had introduced himself to earlier. "Well wots this then? Wot're yew tew still doin' alive eh? Wot?" He cried out loudly, his remark was followed with an uprising of amplified laughter; purely for their benefit of course.
_______________
How Kenzie had charged to the opposite flank in such a short amount of time she would have to ponder later. Much like Breeze her squad had been temporarily abolished for the sake of survival; there was only one order that was to be ordered, 'do not let them gain one step'.
She smiled contentedly as her wild spin fulfilled its purpose, her halberd knocking a weasel out and down. Even if he hadn't been knocked, she probably couldn't of intercepted the spear tip that followed through with the attack. Honour was something Ashstripe followed, tomfoolery was what Breeze followed and efficiency was what Kenzie followed. Honour was a direct contradiction to killing efficiently.
_______________
Sarge could barely catch his breath as he caught up with the main charge. He and the archers hadn't been expecting Ashstripe's plan, then again Ashstripe never functioned on pre-made plans, he simply made it up as he went along.
Unfortunately the run hadn't proceeded as smoothly as he anticipated, the enemy had taken to firing arrows in their retreat. One too many had found its mark on Sarge. The old hare could barely stand let alone draw his bow back far enough to let loose an arrow; never mind the fact that he had broken his bowstring earlier

"Hahaha! Ah'm alive, but just barely. Our Albino beastie seems to be doin' spiffin', eh?" He said. Jacksaw looked up and felt the rain on his face. It felt soothing. The pelting of rain water on his face, going down his body and over his wounds. He then looked forward. His face was twisted in pain. He looked down to see the end of a spear through him. It didn't go through his stomach, but right around his hip. It missed any organs, so if he got help quick, he'd be OK in a couple seasons. He fell slumped on his knees. The spear was wrenched out of him. Blood was spilling out fast. Everything around him was mute. He was holding the wound with both paws. He looked up one more time and felt the rain on his face. It felt.... Soothing. He bent his head down. He was still alive but just barely. Everything around was mute, but he could still see battle.
Axe notice Jacksaw on the ground. He looked saddened. That was one of his firest friends here. A tear coursed down his white face. Axe, as battle-hardened as he is, was feeling sad. He walked over to him. He let his axe slip from his hands. He picked up Jacksaw in both paws. He walked him over to a quiter place. "Jacksaw.... My buddy... Are you ok?" He asked. "Yes, friend... Ah'm gonna be alright...." He said. "Ah need a healer..." He said weakly. "Axe... If Ah doonae make it... Tell mah son, I love him." Axe picked him up and ran over to a healer. "Bandage him... QUICK!" He shouted. The healer nodded. Axe layed Jacksaw down on the cold sand. He knelt down by him, never wanting to leave his side. The healer started to wrap Jacksaw's hip. "There, he'll be ok... If he doesn't get stabbed anymore." The healer said. Jacksaw tried to get up but he was pushed back down slowly.
Snowpaw noticed is dad left. He followed a blood trail to a healer's place. He looked and saw Axe kneeling down by Jacksaw's limp form. He dropped his sword and ran over to them. He hugged Jacksaw close to him."Dad... No, don't die! You can't... You're my hero..." He said. Jacksaw's face resembled a faint smile. He sat up. "You were a great son, Snowpaw." He said. Then the healer said. "GIve him space and room for me to work."
Axe then ran over to Ashstripe. "Let me.....Lead a charge!" He said through clenched teeth. "Those beasts have just about killed my friend... Let me... Lead a charge!" He growled.

Lieutenant Colonel Hubert Greenburrow II and ten or so hares were trying to repel a vermin charge.
Greenburrow was hacking and slashing when he noticed two vermin were raising their spears, about to kill a young haremaid who was unarmed an wounded, lying on the ground.
Hugh threw his axes at the same time, each one burying itself in a vermin's chest. Hugh ran to get the axes, punching and kicking furously as he went.
Hugh was nearly where the axes were when a new vermin charge started. The young rabbit found himself surrounded by vermin. He swiftly punched a rat in the chin and kicked another in the stomach, knocking the wind out of him. Then Lieutenant Colonel Greenburrow elbowed a fox who was trying to sneak up on him in the face and then took a vermin's head in each paw and banged them together. Hugh was about to attack the next foebeast when he felt a shar pain in his leg. He looked down and saw an arrow, and, as the rabbit was bringing his head back up he felt more pain, this time in his chest. Before Hugh could look at his latest injury he saw a spear come hurtling out of a rat's paw. The young rabbit officer dropped flat. After the spear sailed over him, Hugh jumped up but immediatey wished he hadn't because of the arrow that was buried in his chest, causing the young rabbit warrior to fall over.

Sarak was in full raging bloodlust by this time, and wherever he went vermin fell screaming in bloody agony; holding severed stumps, torn throats, or leaking entrails. His broadsword cleaved through fat, flesh and bone sending viscus sprays of red into the air, with each deadly strike. But still the vermin came, seemingly endless waves of bodies for slaughter. Sarak's arm began to tire and in that moment of exhaustion one vermin took advantage. A stoat lept in under his guard and landed a vicious slash across Sarak's belly. With a howl of pain Sarak drove his sword point into the creatures neck, the tip emerging a little under its arm pit. The beast squirmed like a worm on a hook its dying spasms ripping the sword from Sarak's hands. The surrounding vermin charge not giving Sarak a chance to draw his gruesome mace. With a primal scream Sarak tore a dagger from his bandoleer and sprang into them stabbing and slashing like a beast possessed. Blood pored from may cuts and kicks on his body but the one across his belly burned like a white hot poker pressed to his skin. He looked down, his entrails were peaking from the wound, like greasy Grey worms. He wasted no time and with a bellow slid the sharp blade of his dagger through the two flaps of skin pinning his flesh together. He laughed and said at the horrified vermin surrounding him "Is that all i can expect from you bastards!" drew another dagger and like the raging cat his was sprang at them, one last roar tearing from his lips.

"Forward! You going to allow the stripedogs take all them?!" yelled Freya to her combined soldier force of vermin soldiers and Freelancer vermin. They hated the 'goodbeasts' but the WARR beast were worse then their former enemies. Bad enough to make the vermin soldiers want to kill more of them. Freya plunged her lance into the WARR beast that had fought her.
Quickly she jumped to the side as another WARR soldier attack. She lunged forward, landing a blow to his shoulder. The beast roared out in pain as she kicked the enemy off her lance tip and then pierce the throat when he hit the ground. Her eyes were focused on combat as she turned only in time to feel a hard kick by a rather big, gray colored fox. She gasped in pain as she was knocked backward and on the ground. She held her stomach feeling unbariable pain there as it seemed not to go away.
You shouldn't have come out here... what if you are injured... killed? Darkhawk couldn't bare to lose you again... It nearly killed him once... It could this time, no, it would this time.
"Aw... did I hurt you, weak-breed?" growled the gray fox cruelly as he sat on her chest and grabbed her throat and pulled it by the hair so that he could look her in the eyes. "Scream, little girl... scream so it may echo across the Dark Forest, so that Vulpuz maybe able to find y- GAAAAHHH! Why you fowl little-" Freya had bit his wrist, making him jump back as he prepared to stomp on her. However, he gasped as a sword was plunged threw him. Ike stood behind him and yanked the sword out brutishly and knock the lifeless body away.
"Chieftess, you are alright?"
"In pain... here..." Freya put her hand on her stomach where the soldier kicked her. For some reason it was hurting more then it should. "By all that's holy... It hurts real bad..."
"I see... " said Ike as he stood next to his leader. "...I shall protect the Freeborn blood, all of it, with my life."
"Thank you, Ike..." she said as she merely laid on the rocky terrain, watching the arrows. Her body just wouldn't allow her to move.

((Bleh, horrible post.))
The Badger Lord glared silently at the badger who had so boldly demanded that he lead a charge. Break the formation? Get hare's killed? Their job was to hold these vermin in place and he would see it through to the letter. "Lead a charge!? Ye wish to send yonself to a mass burial!?" Ashstripe snapped right back at him whilst falling behind the lines slowly. That was a mistake that he had performed so many times in the past so unwittingly. And he would condemn himself to the hellgates rather then let it happen again.

"Glad t'hear it ol' boy!" Breeze laughed loudly, making sure that the enemy as well as friends knew that he was supposedly having the time of his life.
But the smiles and laughter would cease quickly, for his little joke had turned into reality. His face paled a shade as his expression slowly became disheartened. Without wasting a moment he rushed to his aid. War forgotten and weapons dropped, he tore through the ranks like as if they were his foe. "Tis gonna be orright..." He muttered slowly as he stared at the work being performed in front of him, "Don't go be selfish on us 'nd die eh? Wot wot!" He chuckled lightly with false humor.

(Terrible post coming up)
Axe looked at the Badger Lord. He heard his words and knew he had to obey. "Fine." He growled. "Then I'll do it myself." He said. Since his axe was somewhere in the melee, he unstrapped the massive broadsword and ran straight for the ranks. He hacked and slashed with frustraton urging him on. He was saddened at Jacksaw's almost dieing. HE hacked and slashed, his sword finding its mark several places on enemies. Out of his anger, he cleaved a fox in two. He soon felt a slash on his back. He turned to see a large fox with a mace and a sword. He hacked at him and the fox moved swiftfly back. He swung the mace at Axe and he sidestepped and cut off the fox's arm. He then slashed sideways, decapitating him. Axe ran further in, his eyes starting to get tinted red. He growled and threw himself at the next enemy he saw.
Jacksaw saw Breeze at his side. His eyelids were getting heavier. "Breeze... If I don't make it... Tell Snowpaw... Ill miss him." He said. He then chuckled at Breeze's false humor. "Ah'm goin to miss your humor. Even... If I didn't laugh... I... Laughed inside." He said, motioning to his heart. He threw Breeze a slow salute. "I think... I'll last the battle... Sah." Jacksaw said. The healer then walked over and tapped him on the face. "Stay awake." IS all she said, then changed some of the bandages.
