Diva gave a sly smile, her eyes glanceing around. The air was nice and cool as she gave a smile to her self, and reached for the door. This is to easy, she thought licking her lips. She turned to handle, and steped inside. He eyes sparkled at the sight, so many things.Whines of different taste, perfect for selling.
She quickly grabed her bag folded under her skirt, and reached for the bottles. One by one she stuffed a different kind in, she had to do it quickly. She grabed the delectable drinks, and brews.
"Ha, ha, RedWall is such a fools place, no one will know anything about this until the poor ole ones come,"she grined."they will be so sad to see thier drinks gone,"she said pranceing around. She grined evily, starting the grab each whine bottle and stuff it in her bad.

Two footsteps could slightly be heard as a young otter traveled across Redwall Abbey. Thats when he heard it. Slight footsteps. Was somebeast stealing something in the abbey? Why else would someone be creeping around? No it couldn't be. Could it? Silently traveling down the stairs to the cellars, the young otter noticed the door was slightly open. "Hey Rocky! What are ye doin'?" Some beast called. Rocky, for that was who the otter was, quickly turned around and motioned to be quiet. The other beast shrugged and walked off. Slowly making his way down, Rocky palmed his dagger in case there was going to be any trouble. Opening the door slowly, Rocky preceded in his decent to the cellars until he was at the bottom of the steps. Silently walking, the young otter peeked around a barrel of win and saw a fox. A fox? What was she doing here? How did she get in here?
I better be careful. Rocky thought. Standing up, Rocky called, "What are you doing here? I don't recall you being invited in here. Why are you stealing wine?" Taking a step forward, Rocky eased his grip on his dagger. "I highly suggest you leave them drinks there. You really don't want me to get the abbess."
Mentally rolling his eyes, Rocky realized how stupid he must sound. Wow, calling the Abbess. What a punishment this fox must think. But she doesn't know what species the abbess is. Smirking lightly, Rocky tried to talk the fox out of stealing, "I really think you better drop those wines and be off. If you're doing what I think you're doing..." Rocky trailed off and just shook his head slowly. Looking up, he faced the fox, "What's your name?" Od question, Rocky thought. The fox in front of him probably thought the same thing too. Cracking his neck, the otter waited an answer from this presumed theif.

Diva glanced at the otter, flicking her ears to hear his foolish words. She gave a chuckle, the droped the bag.She aproched the otter, fake kindness shown in them.He tail swished around, as she looked down at the otter.
"Oh i am sorry i-,"she said glanceing around thinking."I was just fetching some whine and brew for the--,"she said sweat comeing from her brow."For the the,"she said still thinking."Oh i am ugh,"she said thinking of a fake name. She gave a grin,"i am Ruby the fox."
How am i going to get threw this over sized river dog,she thought to her self."Anyway i need to get this to someone so,"she said inching herself to the door way for a quick get away."Bye,"she said running for the door.

Verona Moonflash passed the door as the fox looked for an avenue of escape in it. Flicking her soft furry tail, the Mother Abbess of all Redwall pushed the door aside and padded calmly into the room just as the fox yelled 'Bye!' to Rocky. The Wildcat blocked the door and spoke to Rocky. 'What seems to be the problem here, Rocky? Do we have vermin here? I can't abide vermin, can you?'
She unsheathed her gray-white claws, careful not to let the fox glimpse her face. She didn't want the fox to know her true identity-yet The black hood/mask that covered the wildcat's sharp, inteligent features was also the one shield that protected her from showing outsiders her face-the face of a Wildcat, Abbess of Redwall-the face that mostbeasts regarded as a vermins'.

You're in for it, foxy. Rocky thought. Answering verona's question, Rocky stepped forward, "Yes, but I wouldn't use the term, 'vermin'. But she is a thief, ma'am. I really don't like thieves, do you, mother?" Rocky took a step forward so he was next to Verona, "Now ma'am, I don't think violence is the answer... yet." Rocky said, as he put a hand on Verona's wrist and gently lowered them. "Let's give her another chance to explain herself." Rocky suggested.
Turning to face the fox, Rocky asked, "Why did you lie to me?" Cracking his neck Rocky stared into the fox's eyes. "I wouldn't have thought you were lieing had you not stuttered. Thief."

Verona's golden-brown eyes flashed as the small fox threw a bottle of wine-elderberry by the smell of it-into Rocky's face. The liquid splashed over her soft fur. Verona hissed. She was done playing. Her rage only intensified as Diva, AKA Ruby, yelled in her face 'Your next cat!'
Hot steamy breath smelling of wine and cordial splashed into Verona's face, and the fox's narrowed eyes hardened. Underestimate a wildcat and you would pay dearly. The time for sympathy was over. The hood fell off Verona's head, revealing the pointed ears, the angry golden-brown eyes, the mouth full of sharp teeth, and the moist, twitching nose. Verona snatched the sack of wine from the fox's grasp and threw it onto an empty sack. Her arms tensed as she prepared for combat, and Verona whispered to Rocky 'Call me Mother or Verona, not ma'am.'
She roared out her anger to the top of the cellars, slamming the oak door shut with a crash. She would deal with this lawbreaker.

Rocky fell to the ground clutching his face. His eyes were burning and his forehead was cut up. Groaning in pain, Rocky stood up slowly and bared his teeth at the fox. Rubbing his eyes in a feeble attempt to rid them of the burning liquid, the otter said through clenched teeth, "Please, mother, let me!" With that, Rocky tackled the fox down the stairs, and unsheathed his dagger and held it at the fox's throat, "Why... Did you... Do that?" He growled. "Give me one... Good reason... Why I shouldn't kill you now!"

Diva groned, bruises layed over her body from the tumble. She was hardly aware of the danger she was in, her eyes tight. She wriggled around in a attempt to get it, and run.She felt the dagger tight on her throght, one wrong move and she would be dead. She kept still, trying to curl into a febble ball. She was to weak, and battered to move. She held her stomach where the otter hit her, and then opned her eyes slowly.
She tryed to move again, but her paw gave her a feirce shot of pain. Her ankle was sprained! She gave a gasped, then rolled around.Manageing to force the river dog off, she triped to get up.But her leg disagreed on her, she attemted to crawl away on all fours, she had to get away.

A brown and silver footpaw stopped the fox in its tracks. Verona gazed sternly down at the thief fox and twitched her paw, moving Diva away from the door. She shook her head at the reddish-brown fox and spoke in a menacing calm tone. 'Ye know, fox, you're really lucky that Redwall doesn't have a badger mother. Which means all of the rest of us will 'ave to deal with you. And I don't think Rocky is going to be nice, 'cause I certainly won't be.'
Turning to Rocky who lay as a heap on the stairs, then back to the red fox, she purred 'If you want him to help you, I would start apologizing now, except Rocky probably wants to strangle you. ROCKY!' She called. 'I'd get up if I were you, you're going to need to visit the infirmary and I can't take an eye off of this fox.'

Standing up, Rocky spat blood on the ground, cracked his neck, then his knuckles. "You sure are right, Verona. I'm not going to be nice." Turning to stare at the fox on the ground, Rocky slightly growled, "I tried to give you a chance to explain yourself, vermin. You lost your chance from me." Spitting more blood on the ground, the young otter whiped his mouth then walked up the stairs, heading to the infirmary.
Traveling up the stairs and walking into the infirmary, Rocky sat down and awaited the keeper. The keeper, a small mouse, walked over and with a wetted cloth, started to clean up Rocky's face. Growling slightly, because the wetted cloth was actually wetted with a cut cleanser, Rocky winced and soon jumped upright from the pain. The mouse handed him some cloth which he ripped a long piece from and wrapped that around a cut on his arm. "Must've cut myself from my dagger." Rocky muttered. Nodding his thanks to the infirmary keeper, Rocky traveled back down to the cellars and stood next to Verona. "What are we going to do with this one, ma--" Rocky immediately stopped, "I mean... Mother." He muttered his sorry then started to think of a good enough punishment for this theif.

(Room for one more ?) Humming quietly to himself Will sat underneath a tree next to the pond, having a nice quiet read in the cool morning air. He looked up as a otter called Rocks name, but then shrugged as went back to his book. But then he remembered something and sighed, the otter had been calling Rock's name in the direction of the cellars. Closing his book he slipped it into a pouch at his waist and walked toward the cellar. Hadn't he already told Rock to stay away from the cellars till he was older. Starting down the stairs he couldn't help but smile. "Rock, haven't we already had thi-." Just as the cellar door was smashed shut in his face. Blinking he put his ear to the door and heard raised voices, then the crashing of a broken bottle. Placing a paw on his sword he opened the door, just to see Rock storm past with cuts on his face and arm. Quickly running into the cellar he just made it down the second flight of stairs as a fox threatened his Abbess. Narrowing his eyes at the fox he drew his sword, standing a little in front of Verona. "This fox bothering you Verona?" He said, his voice causal in spite of his sword pointing at the fox and his green eyes starring through her...

This fox bothering you Verona?
Verona picked the flying dagger from the air faster than a snake and nodded in Rocky's direction. 'Not so much me as Rocky.' Glaring down at the fox, she flattened her black and gray ears, baring her teeth. 'Now, William,' she purred, tapping her free paw against the ground, 'What do you suppose we should do with the fox?'

Rocky smirked, "Where ye gonna go, foxie? You got nowhere to run." Rocky's smirk eventually changed into a smile as a plan formed in his mind. "Say, William, doesn't the cellar beastie have a cage where he keeps used barrels?"
C ocking his head to look down at the fox, the otter bent down and whispered in her ear, "There's a hidden key that lies within." Then he gave her a look like 'I'll tell you where it is later'.
Standing back up Rocky whiped dust from his pants, then looked at Verona, "So, Verona, do you want to lock our prisoner in the cage?" Rocky asked, smirking inwardly. Was he really going to free this fox? The fox that put him into harm? Then again, Rocky could be lieing... No, Rocky was a fair beast to all; He gave everyone a second chance, feeling there was good in everyone.

Will shuddered ever so slightly as the Abbess purred. He would never get used to the fact that the Abbess was a cat, no matter how long he was here. He still smiled at the fox though, he could only imagine what was racing through her mind now that she was caught. Not just by one beast, but by three. He still kept his sword raised as he looked from the Abbess to Rockey then back to the fox. "If something like that was here it would be near the back. Be a good beast and go check Rock." He asked, not taking his eyes off the fox, flicking his sword. "What did you take? Tell me now and I might decide not to leave you down here."

Diva gave a snarl, getting up and running at the cells. She managed to hurt her own arm, and fall back on the cold floor.
"What i took was nothing,"she lied threw gritted teeth. She then looked past the beast, locking eyes right behind him, and a little to the left. She went to the bars, her paws griping them firmly. As she wacthed, the earth strarted to part.Kicking up in the air, then landing on more dirt.Finnaly, she is comeing, she though.Suddennly the small eart parted, and a brown paw went out, scraping the land.Soon poped out two large ears, then a rabbits face."Yo--,"she started to say then hushed.Seeing the that he did not notice the rabbit behind him, she went silent.
"Ahh finnaly some light,"the brown rabbit said."Hahaha.I knew you would get caught,"the rabbit said hopping around."You owe me a drink,"she laughed.
"I'll get you one once i am out of here long ears,"Diva hissed."Hurry up Spring,"she said calling her friend by her short name.
"Im on it,"Spring said starting to grab her tools.
