So hey, I'm Legacy. I'm an old colleague of Galileo, and he seemed to be rather keen on this site, so I figured I'd check it out. Looks pretty decent. Still deciding on a character. Seems like there's an interesting cast of regulars, so it might be a bit tricky.
Little bit about myself, while the gang's all here: My name is Matthew, I'm a nineteen year old college student. My field of study is 3D Game Animation, and I have experience in both Digital and Traditional Animation as well as character design and computer modeling. I've been roleplaying actively for about six years.
I've never played in a Redwall setting before(or anything resembling it, really) but I am a fan of the series and was quite fond of the animated series as a child. My favorite Redwall novel is probably Mariel of Redwall, but it's been a while since I've had a chance to read any of them.
So yeah, that's the jyst of it, I suppose. Glad to be here.

Hey I'm a newbie to... Probably even more so than you!!! My fav is Raketty Tam! I'm Irish on my mum's side and I lovee the highlander hares!!  Anyhow, Welcome. -sniff- I find that rather offensive. That is the first thing that ANYONE and EVERYONE notices about me, and I consider it quite rude and insensitive. I would have preferred 'eccentric', 'loveable', 'friendly', 'wonderful', or anything like that to....YOUNG.

Yes, but do you REALLY think that he went to my bio and looked up my age? It's hidden! So he was saying that I was acting young, because he couldn't have known otherwise! -sniffs- You could have just said that I was lovable, friendly, eccentric, and all the other nice adjectives I provided for you up there, you know Grath! I suppose I could have, but then that may have been untruthful, and there's simply no valor in that.
For you see, I don't know you very well yet, so it's hard to say if you're all that lovable. Gender is irrelevant, so that's not a factor. All I can tell about you is that you're emotional, excitable and that you prefer Cats to Dogs. I prefer to be calm, logical and I can't stand Cats, so to suggest that you're "lovable" to me may be a bit of a stretch. But we'll see.
As for friendly, I'm a bit of a skeptic, if not a cynic, so overtly friendly people tend to put me off. That in and of itself could be considered an insult, and that would just make matters worse.
As for eccentric, have you ever actually looked up the definition of Eccentric? It's not entirely what you'd think. It is in fact a psychological condition that many "suffer" from. As such, some may take offence to it, and that's the last thing I want to do when I first describe someone to themselves.
As for wonderful. I've yet to be amazed nor astonished by you, so that would be inaccurate.
However, I can tell that you're young. So I went with that.
Should I have described you as "Female" instead?
